cityexile
The way the game has gone, we have to be disappointed not to have won comfortably. Equally, was a day when everything was going wrong. Gave them a joke goal, scored an own goal, would have been easy for heads to drop. Great spirit to get back and get something from the game in the end. 2 Quote Link to comment
SedRA
76% possession and 34 shots, mental! 1 Quote Link to comment

Wanderingred
You cant scoff at a point away from home after being 2-0 down. Anybody who thinks this result isnt good enough needs to manage their expectation levels for this season. We are not promotion/playoff contenders.. (Yet ) 5 Quote Link to comment

Numero Uno
We've gone away from home and absolutely battered the opposition. Yes we found ourselves 2 down and clearly we have things to work on but perhaps those in panic mode need to look back 12 months and compare where we are now compared to where we were then? 2 Quote Link to comment
TheCulturalBomb
Need to take that, but regardless a team we should be beating. Before the game we had the most average shots in the league, God knows how much we have increased that. Quote Link to comment

Bloody good on him for plugging and plugging away and not shirking opportunities. I was one who 12m ago was very skeptical, indeed I thought he should've been released this time last year, but his rate of improvement - for me - at least matches the rate that Joe Bryan improved for us. If he keeps up his progress at the same rate for 12m I think we'll be fending off interest I said well done to BR - have a look through the list of his chances on the City match tweets if you want to know why I added at long last. Another poster had already greeted the goal with a similar phrase btw. Quote Link to comment
Reigate Red
That'll do. Bit of a pity given the dominance but onwards and more time to gel. Leeds lost at home to Huddersfield and in bottom three. Meltdown in that part of Yorkshire tonight I expect. Quote Link to comment
RaspberryRed
My immediate reaction. One of those days you get in football. Another day we'd have battered them. Another positive step forward. No one Died 1 Quote Link to comment
Jerseybean
A point away to a team we do poorly against, having been two down, is to be celebrated. We dominated possession / attempts and showed great character to carry on believing and could have won it in the end, hitting the post in the 90th minute! 1 Quote Link to comment

Which suggests the issue is getting them on target rather than actually shooting. Anyone that was there did Rotherham's goalie play a blinder or were those shots that were on target weak? Major Isewater
Sometimes you say to yourself ' this ain't gonna be our day ' , penalties not given , goal line clearances and fluke goals for the opposition , but to day marks the character of the side and a brilliant and justified result . Curr Avon
We just need to put some of those chances away, but we're creating bagfulls of opportunities which is a huge step forward. 1 Quote Link to comment

Ivorguy
Before 3pm would have been happy with a point. Still am, but disappointed we had so many shots and so few on target, and, by all accounts, conceded two awful goals Back to the training ground for Lee to sort these defects out Quote Link to comment

I know why at long last, but I would rather congratulate someone for putting that behind them and for having the mentality that the only shot which matters is your next. When we've come back from 2 behind a well done through gritted teeth by referring to his profligacy earlier is wholly unnecessary. I know you weren't the only one but your rhetoric iro Bobby Reid is like the bloke previously shat in your kettle. Quote Link to comment

BRISTOL86
Looking at the stats, the sort of game you'd expect to win 9 out of 10 times. Today wasn't our day, it happens. 10 points from 18 is a bloody good start, having played all three relegated premier league sides. Quote Link to comment
