finbarr_in_z
25 years ago this weekend One of my favourite City games of all time. It can happen again I tell you (vs a different club obviously!)

I'm hoping for a bit of fight and passion even if we lose. The Forest match sounded an awful effort. 2/0 down Liverpool. Hilariously
willitonciderhead
Although a win would be most welcome during a testing time I am not confident that we will even get a draw. AllI hope for is a gritty cup performance that we can walk away from with our heads held high. COYR

One of the most unpleasant, aggressive, vile places that I've ever watched City. Probably even worse than the Den or Boro in the 80s. GC you are right my observation is made from a distance, have never been there.

samo II
Knowing us, we'll nick a win, then get draw to someone like Wolves away.
Redstreet
If we win , don't care on the draw . But in current climate , a win would be a massive lift irrespective . Just got a gut feel we will win .
Gert Mare
3-0 defeat and another totally inept performance. Hope however that my heart wins and we scrape a draw or even a win!

BRISTOL86
1-0, Andre Gray own goal. Upon scoring he wheels away with his arms aloft before realising it was all just a horrible nightmare, and he does, in fact, play for Burnley. I have this odd feeling with the pressure off ww might sneak a draw I have this odd feeling that we might sneak a defeat. 1 or 2 up with 15 minutes to go -- you know the format. BobBobSuperBob
Against all sense I just have a feeling we might get a 0-0 If not , a late goal to shovel us out the cup

Alessandro
I'd be happy enough if we put in a good performance today, playing with some freedom, give LT some minutes to find his form, a confidence boosting Tammy goal and no major knocks before Tuesday. With that in mind, I'm guessing 2-1 Burnley.

I'm not sure if it's the result of a wholly uninspiring FA Cup tie that lacks glamour and winability in equal measures, or a million defeats in a row. You know you've lost the will when you put 3 bets on Burnley to win, Burnley to come from behind and win and finally Burnley to win by a goal... I actually signed up to skybet this morning to do that... City win or city lose, it's win win for me today.

Midlands Robin
I should have done my utterly useless away day fans guide but haven't had the time today so here's the short version. Burnley, somewhere up north. Angry fans, no idea where it's safe to get a pint, if city play like we have recently then avoid watching it by sitting behind one of the pillars in the away end. Stay safe on your travels and COYR

cidered abroad
Population of 73,000 compared with 3rd Division Shrewsbury at 71,000 and little old Taunton at 65,000. I wonder why Burnley are in the Prem and Taunton in sixth or seventh tier? Before anyone mentions little Bournemouth, the figure there is 183,000 and when Poole and Christchurch are added in, it's 375,000.
BRISTOL86
Back to 4231 today then it seems. Be interesting to see how Djuric fares up front alone. Guessing Reid will play in behind with COD and JB either side?

Yes, but TBF ,there are a LOT of retirees, "nice place to live" people who keep to their own teams .
