Because of this, his persona has developed into this occasional WUM/shit stirrer that I do believe he now plays on it. It's basically his position within OTIB if you like. Both being a supervisor and being supervised over years was an essential part of the job and very effective it could be to. Thats how I've overcome and dealt with any negative issues I once had.
