I was chatting to some Aussies a few weeks ago and they were saying they’ve had their wettest year ever this year, the record was broken after just 279 days of the year gone in Sydney. Melbourne hasn’t fared much better. They then said they’re expecting yet another really wet summer coming up as El Niño or whatever was in the same place as the year just gone, so same again.
