spudski Posted November 1, 2022 Report Share Posted November 1, 2022 I think what Crystal Palace have achieved is fantastic. Great atmosphere that has a coordinated organised backing. I see some Arsenal fans are looking to do similar. I don't think it would work with our club though. Too much control and a largely apathetic population. Think Atyeo H could be noisy at times, had the band and some livelier fans, Atyeo E was always said to be half decent at times too but generally do agree with your point. A and B seemed to get quieter over time, was in Atyeo myself but remember some noise coming from those areas when I first begun (late 1998) but probably faded over time maybe by mid 2000's for reasons you state.
