1. Top 3 all round

2. Good moaner

3. Away days reporting

4. Humour

5. Non football

Cheers my darlings

Don't see this ending badly at all...

That said, I do have reasonably sensible answers for all the categories listed.

Just gonna wait until shortly before new year before New Year before I post them, they might get Yewtree'd in the interim and I'd look like a right idiot.

I recall a certain highly opinionated Radio Bristol regular contributor was voted Most Annoying poster or something similar and then refused to participate in the following year's awards.

Can't think who you're on about :) :) :) but at least you know what you're getting with him. That reminds me, @headhunter, is there a Forever Bristol City tomorrow evening, or will it be on Tuesday?

Ah the old days on the football forum where we had an award for worst poster and they got banned for the entirety of the following year ?

Ah I wondered why I couldn't log in under my old username for so long.

I don't want to embarrass anybody, but that @AppyDAZE bloke always strikes me as a well balanced and insightful person.

A jolly decent fellow too.

She gets my vote

There isn’t a category for in-game goal-scoring graphics? I like to nominate them? I can’t remember who it was…

Used to put all his “awards” at the bottom of his posts up until that point ??

Ian Gay posts on Ziderheads these days He’s added negatively and pessimism to his threads which makes him even more annoying than he was on here, I can’t recall ever seeing an upbeat or amusing post from him. That’s why I and guys I car share with turn off RB whenever he comes on.

Laughingly he calls himself TTO the trusted one……………..:rofl2br:
He really should call himself OTT…………:cool2:

I still haven’t seen how one votes in these awards and the deadline now seems to have passed?

It's like the Russian elections isn't it?

You think you've got problems, I've been writing my acceptance speech since this thread started. I've just got it down to little under 3 hours after careful editing.

I believe I was runner up in that category about a decade ago too. Never got the opportunity to compete for the top honour. Sad times.

That's it...the "moany bastard" category. Lots of competition though!!

Is there an "irrational knee jerker" category too? We would need to have some sort of seeding to whittle down the numbers. :)

I don’t get to be on here quite as much as I used to because of work (Christmas wasn’t quite the loving season it should be up here in Brum!) and (having too many) children, but I’d like to honour a couple of (less fashionable) posters that I genuinely like, not necessarily in any of the categories mentioned, but because I value them as posters and seem to have good values and contribution. So take a bow:

@LondonBristolian

@ChippenhamRed

Happy New Year everyone. I love OTIB. ♥️

“Less fashionable” ?

Most prolific poster seems to be Davefevs  with 48800 posts.

Just done a quick calculation on this (assuming each posts takes 5 Minutes ) .

According to my calculation this equates to 169 days or just over 6 months continuous posting.

Or to put it another way Liz Truss's tenure as PM and Brian Clough in charge at Leeds combined would be less than half Davefevs posting record on OTIB

If you add the time he takes to do all his research, he must spend most of his waking time on the forum and on football matters in general.  He is very good at it though.

Very kind of you @Fordy62. I really enjoy your posts too. And I can promise my friends and family would definitely back up the suggestion that I'm not fashionable!

Happy New Year to you too!

In all seriousness, I am yet to disagree with anything that @Davefevs posts, he seems a most sensible person.

Agree with that and I also enjoy @Jerseybean as he puts a lot of effort into his match day threads

You seem to have accidentally typed out Mark Ashton's old nominations for Bristol Sport employee of the year.
