Few queries about the ‘My Rewards’ scheme

Hi all, so I’m wondering: is it possible to get a club shop voucher worth more than £5 with the points? If not, can more than one voucher be used per transaction?

Secondly, anyone else on here got both football and rugby season tickets? This is my first season with both, and just wondering how the rugbys version of the rewards scheme works? Whenever I login it auto defaults to the city page…

cheers!

I'm not even sure how to get the voucher

I've looked, but I'll be damned if I see the option

Maybe I have missed it in the past but I have never seen any mention of who won prizes in the rewards scheme

The club have released this but still don't confirm who actually won the prizes, not a very transparent competition

It would be a good idea (not for he club obviously) to show the current entries.

I'm not going to gamble for Andy Weimenn's match worn socks if the odds are 2000-1. I might if they're 10-1. Okay, I won't anyway, but you get the point.

They've certainly put out photos and names of at least some past winners.

My daughter redeemed her points to get an Andi Weimann signed photo on August 18th. I have emailed Rewards numerous times, no response, did try the shop email and they say they would forward on, again no response, even went into the shop they took my daughters phone number, still no response.... now starting to think this season the Rewards scheme is a figment of my imagination, although last season I was quite successful with what i managed to redeem. Perhaps it might be just worth abandoning the scheme as it has been very difficult to see so far how its rewarding. As with anything to do with City you live in hope but reality then hits home.

If you are available you can ask the question in person @OldlandBCFC

Otherwise let me know and I'll raise for you

Oddly, I don't think I have given the club any extra money aside from my season ticket money this season.

Haven't bought a coffee (or donut), pie, pasty or pint.

Not a deliberate move on my part, just nothing really tempted me.

That said, I did see a Greek food vendor by the Lansdown last time, that could be interesting.

At this point, I’d say the food stands outside the Lansdown and Southstand are probably the only attractive options - the fish and chip stand seems to do a roaring trade.

I wish the Coffee shop was open at half time, the stuff sold in the concourse is a crime.

Get the fact that traditional football offering is the pie and pasty type thing, easy to prepare, quick to serve and difficult to get wrong (although they have occasionally managed that), but I would be happier with a sandwich or a salad and to get hot food on a cold day.

Ah well.

Was always Late August - early September..... I wonder what the definition of this will be

At worst the SC&T should get an update from the club on the 13th next week

Totally untrue, assume you realise how much planning goes into producing a kit

Nice conspiracy theory though
