Popular Post GrahamC
Guess what? Nige knows what he’s doing. Imagine if he was given the resources others in his role have had. Great way to go into the international break. Edited September 2, 2023 by GrahamC 30 5 2 Quote Link to comment
BUTOR
Don’t underestimate how determined this group are not to let this season slide into mediocrity. I honestly don’t believe they will. 7 Quote Link to comment

Mr Popodopolous
That was richly deserved. Justice too after the amazing array of decisions against us in the first half. Team kept at it and got the reward. Sykes really must start. Everyone played their part, Cornick winning the free kick at the end. We got some decisions 2nd half I suppose but the good was more than outweighed by the bad. Sykes nice to see him off the mark impressive by him, if he starts regularly 5-10 goals should be his aim. 9 Quote Link to comment

Ideal bloke to bring on when Nakhi is flagging. 12 Quote Link to comment

ProfitInMyPocket
Joe Williams absolute beast today and they couldn't handle Sykes. Man possessed down the right side. Deserved to win that and saw it out well with some decent subs, all made an impact and did their job. 3 Quote Link to comment

Mr Hankey
Cracking result and performance, i did feel rather confident we would get at least a point. Dont think Duff will last very long at Swansea mind you, thought it was an odd choice to begin with. Quote Link to comment

Garland-sweden
What a nice win! We were a good team, our goals were like Good pool shots. Sykes one goal and one assist makes him mom. Think all Cityplayers were mom. COYR 3 Quote Link to comment

Something different about this week was there to justify all the doom and gloom negative *****? at the start of the week City had a good squad of players at the end of the week City have a good squad of players. played 5 league games 1 defeat but if you read this forum you would think it was played 5 lost 5 conceded 50 goals absolute tossers. 1 1 Quote Link to comment

W-S-M Seagull
To go to Swansea and put in a performance like that was incredible. Very rarely can we almost give every player at least an 8 but today I think we almost can. Quote Link to comment
Shauntaylor85
That was class, well done Nige, best manager we’ve had since Danny Wilson. But again showed that if we had gone for it yesterday with a couple more including a striker we would be really up there. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
CliftonCliff
Hard to pick one of the midfield three above the others, but I thought Joe W was immense today. So heartening to see him looking at last like the player we thought we'd originally signed. Big part of the reason we won and showed much improved physicality after being out-muscled on a couple of occasions by previous opponents. Just so many good aspects of our play today to celebrate. Made my day. I'm going to have a beer. 4 Quote Link to comment
