It looks like a dive, and for me fails the consequence threshold but objectively I think its probably one that I can just about stomach not being turned over by VAR even though I don't think it should be one. Its hit his thigh and then he's flicked it with his hand to take it away from the oncoming player. Although I'm not sure he's denied a goal scoring opportunity as I'm not sure if the Burnley player would have had a goal score opportunity had he not handled the ball. Particularly, don’t allow the base of your studded foot ,with your leg at full stretch, to contact the opponent’s standing leg.
