Gotta remember that a portion of a fanbase seem to have it in for Mehmeti. As frustrating as he is, he's been no worse than players like Bell and Weimann in recent weeks (Weimann hasn't been too bad today in fairness).

I think a large portion are unable to change their minds on just about anything.

Once they take a position, there is little chance of them accepting anything otherwise, even if the decision was made prematurely or is based on their feelings towards people separate to the one they're slagging off.

Fair play to the people feeling positive after that. After we equalised we made nothing for nearly an hour. Not sure what’s happened to our attack but it isn’t good.

1 point from 9… it’s season over isn’t it? We’re not going up or down.

I’m certainly feeling like that. Won’t see any proper tangible change under manning until he’s given transfers and a pre season. Sad feeling wanting Yet more time being willed away as a City fan, but tis the truth.

Not really sure what to make of that, win one of the next two tough games and it’s a good point. Can’t keep coming out of games needing 6/7 good chances to score 1 from though.

One thing is for sure, we need help in January. A deeper squad and today could’ve been converted into a win.

No, we have a top 6 squad already.

We were likely to be mid table from the start of the season after Scott left, with or without Pearson

The fact that the Lansdown’s actively chose another 2 year transition is depressing me so much.

100%.

Basically we have 15 players at present, the 4 who came on as sub today were all involved v Norwich.

The others on the bench are making up the numbers & unless Max gets injured & Bajic has to come on, none of them are getting on the pitch.

Need 2 or 3 back from injury & 2 more in January.

Mehmeti is another player who with the right coaching could really be a hell of a player, he's just lacking in his decision-making. He does so much but makes the wrong decision, if a coach can get him on the right path for his final product he could really shine.

You cannot coach a player to go onto his left foot if that player doesn’t know he’s got a left foot.

In the league below against slower players he was decent, at this level he isn’t good enough.

Every single time he goes inside onto his right foot, off the left wing, so easy to play against.

Well that had mid table mediocrity written all over it. Felt we had momentum under Pearson. It's fizzled out...the story of the Lansdown years.

Ah well. Past caring. Hoping we supporters might create a great day out in the cup...feels as though that's all this season has left to offer.

Decent performance, real signs of seeing what Manning is trying to do , but all pointless if you don't score when you're on top.  Another game where the performance deserves more than the result , but another game where we end up points down. Add Wells and McCrorie ( if he is the Tanner upgrade )  to that side ( maybe without Bell ) and we may start winning.

Keep mentioning top 6 everyone, it's definitely not getting tedious.

Nobody, not even Jon Lansdown, thinlks we're currently capable of it.

But given that JL used it as the justification for firing Pearson, we should keep mentioning it.

Regardless of one's views on Pearson's sacking, it would be great for us to finally start holding the board accountable for their questionable footballing decisions.
