Suspect it may hinge on whether the RFU review their stance on overseas-based players being picked for England. He's got special dispensation to play in France until the World Cup because of what happened at Wasps, but if they don't change their rules then he'll have to come back to the UK if he wants an international career. According to our local rag, Pat Lam told Genge and Sinkler to have a week off after England duty but Genge turned up on Monday morning anyway desperate to play on Saturday.
