Can’t say I’m surprised.. real shame, I was looking forward to that one!

Try searching it into Facebook, I’ve found streams there last couple of times. Don’t fancy paying 14.99 for the YouTube stream then!

Saw that last night - apparently both fighters getting £1m each in purses so surely they'll be making a big loss on this fight. Still, good to see it going ahead. Hope Hughie wins.

A very good boxer though when fit. I think the Fury of November 2015 beats Joshua. More talented in my opinion too. Whether he can get back to that shape is a big question.

Anthony Yarde (good friend of JET) and Daniel Dubois got their standard wins against a couple of tin cans last night. I like them both so hope they get a step up in the quality of their opposition. Also good to see Billy Joe Saunders win. Tyson Fury in attendance saying he'll be back to fight Joshua as soon as he loses the weight! There's a surprise..

GGG won in my opinion. How on earth did someone get 118-110, bizarre.

Thanks for that - very interesting reading. I was hoping he'd do one for this fight. Good explanation of why the matchup of styles should make it such a spectacle. Saw the weigh in, not much to read from it. Both look in great condition coming in bang on 160. Excited for this.

Actually maybe I was wrong about that - saw it on Boxing24 and was about to post the link but seems it's just a rumour. It's to do with the fight clashing with an NFL game. Really hope it happens though. Saw that, would be brilliant. Apparently Whyte has blocked Miller on social media so I see they're already stoking the fire for a fight. Would be a good fight, two very tough durable guys. Hopefully would rival Chisora Whyte.

Looking forward to this one. Got no idea who will win, prefer GGG so hoping it'll be him. Just good to see this type of fight being made. I see the Wilder vs Ortiz fight is being moved to next year - that's a shame, would've been a good fight. Quite interested to see how Joe Joyce gets on vs Ian Lewison - that's a hard fight for his pro-debut.

No way this should be on the boxing thread!

I think it even went further than being criticised for it; he felt it would go against the ethos of the club and he has almost a moral obligation to give youngsters opportunities. Poor Zak has been thrown in at the deep end a few times and only really 'sank' once vs a strong Brighton side. I was concerned when I saw him starting but very glad we won AND kept a clean sheet. Well done to Zak and the defence. The 'pathway' is clearly far more than just platitudes, and it's great to see us committing to it. Far cry from Cotterill not even filling the bench with a youth player when he could.
