  1. Is it on Spotify now? Will put on whilst watching Inter. Pod in the week was good and I like the new Ian.
  2. Bloke was the Harold Shipman of football physiotherapy
  3. Kinell. This kind of banter really still exists in the 21st century, not only at amatuer level, but amongst the pros including the best player to have ever picked up a club? Sorry fellas, but absolute cringe. No wonder golf has the reputation of being a middle class, socially exclusive sport. Completely unfunny and certaintly open to criticism of being just outright sexist, which is puzzling considering so many positive strides have been made in promoting all forms of female sport including golf. "Heres your tampon". I'd have been proud of that on the par 3 when I was 14 but Tiger Woods is making the same joke in the 21st century aged 47. Kinell ??
  4. Cheers fella. Where was Leigh Wood when Amici bar got smashed to ****, eh?
  5. Nige said possible ACL. Terrible luck for him. Can we recall Low?
  6. She kickboxes, so it'd probably be her getting her leg over you jjt ?
  7. After Boxing Day I was honestly willing to bin off Nige and quit supporting City. 8 weeks later I want to marry the bloke and have reaffirmed to my wife that I will be missing on every single Saturday between now and the end of the season.
  8. So for the first time in my life I caught a ball at a game of sport tonight. Bears missed conversion in the 80th minute. Remember me when I'm famous.
  9. Thoughts with those City fans that were supposed to be on this afternoon's flight to Newcastle, which was cancelled due to bad weather. Many now facing a bit of a nightmare train journey north.
  10. I suspect the in-stadium checks were a dress rehearsal for the Man City game.
  11. Yeah, trains are rubbish. We hired a car. It's quite a spectacular drive through the green mountains to the south of Donostia, and then onto the dusty, dry plains around Pamplona. Went to a beautiful little town called Olite which has a stunning Navarre fairytale castle.
  12. Still some tickets left in hospitality for all you high rollers out there. Start at £300...
  13. Suspect the family areas will have a fair few slightly older than normal, bald, children for this match.
  14. A shame for the lad as he was clearly a talented player, but having knees made of chocolate was never going to be conducive to having a long career in football.
  15. Good, now let's make the atmosphere as vile as possible for Man Cit-eh
  16. Must be over 20,000 sold in the home ends surely?
  17. It's probably worth factoring in the 1,000 hospitality tickets in the Lansdown as "sold" too. Many of them won't be ST holders or members either.
  18. The current priority window also includes people that had attended 4+ games this season as non-members but then bought a membership. Although not publicised, it also includes corporate members who were entitled to 2x tickets per membership.
  19. From the gist of your post I'd say Basque country is a good shout. Fly into Bilbao then an hour bus journey to San Sebastian which has the best city beach in europe. Base yourself there and you can do day trips inland to some beautiful towns past Pamplona. Then a couple of days in Bilbao taking in the old town, Guggenheim, and San Mames. Then fly back from there. September ideally though, before the rain arrives in October.
  20. Yeah, and you definitely never get adults going in on kids tickets.
  21. Proof, that you evidently don't watch all our games. Performances these last 4 weeks have been miles better than the dross served up in those games. An upturn in performance and results (sorry if you don't feel the latter is important, or significant) that coincided with a switch in formation from the second half of the Swansea home cup game onwards.
  22. Fair point. Touch annoying that's there's clearly hundreds of seats empty EVERY match. I wonder if the club may reconsider the price of an ST, clearly it's cheap enough that many don't need to turn up most weeks to justify the cost.
  23. No, I think it's fair comment. I think there's a bit of revisionism going on regards Pring. Plenty of us thought he was more than good enough to start. He'd always performed very solidly when called upon imo. I don't think he's suddenly become brilliant, or experienced, overnight. In any case JD has demonstrated he's reliable enough on the left? Quite a coincidence that Pearson decided to switch to four at the back when we were on a horrible run and he was desperate for a result, don't you think? It's mainly because of that I'd question that the switch was more out of necessity than by design. If experience was his requirement then why wait until we were on a bad run before changing formation and throwing in...inexperienced players. I don't think Pearson is the most tactically astute manager, his strength is clearly on the psychological side of things.
