I just know we'll still do it in bristol city fashion and go from 17th to 16th next season.

Why? Who was the last one who did well?

Bristolcityhqs ok Instagram has said it’s reportedly a done deal, and he’s usually pretty spot on with his transfer news…
Or he could've just fell for the same trap

I don't think there's any hotair around Palmer and us. Just not a player we need. I think NP like every player to contribute to attack and defence when needed and that's just not KP's style. I find he just need to focus on the attack and right pass.
For how long he's not been in our plans it's easy to assume something negative about the situation.

You’re better off laying bricks.
Couldn't tell if you were joking but thought i'd look at their salaries anyways, and fair play. Decent wedge

Not sure why people are confused. From the outside looking in we've been sliding down the table over the years getting closer.
If we sell off our talent this summer (which looks likely to people as we're seen to have financial trouble) and don't recruit well it could well be game over. We're seen to make silly signings like Chris Brunt or Danny Simpson so I could understand why someone could bet on it with an outside look in.
Obviously us fans know better, our state on the pitch has actually improved.

He’s born in London, so will always class as home grown for squad rules, regardless of international call-up / appearances.
Ah yes, forgot about that

Well done Semenyo.
This make me wonder if this could effect his price. No English player tax and all that when a prem team comes knocking, unless he's always claimed Ghana nationality? Or on the other side this could increase it because he's now an international player. Just a thought really.
Either way this is great for City and Semenyo. If we keep hold of him I think he's in for a big season.

@Davefevs clearly enjoys his sideline, I would always be wary about turning something you love into your daily grind though.
Like setting your favourite song as your alarm clock thinking you'll wake up happier, you'll end up hating that song..

Also I think people miss what Henderson brings. He will have played pretty much every game for Liverpool this season, but (despite what soem people think) plays at a very high intensity and is often substituted as it is not possible to maintain that for 90 mins every week. It's his positional awareness that is so important and covering for players who have moved up the pitch - I would say he is vital to how Liverpool play. He is not an exciting player to watch, but the fact that he is an ever present for one of the best teams in the world shows the quality he has.
We're at a sweet point with England that also goes under the radar, players playing better/differently for country rather than club. Pickford and Shaw is an example of this.
He may he doing the above for Liverpool but does he do that for England? Different teams with different styles.

If it was a squad for a WC he would be in it. He knows what Henderson can do plus he's had a long season. Southgate has explained it.
Fair enough, I wonder which midfielder he'll drop for him at the WC. There's a lot of talent there.

Henderson has been rested. No need for him in these games.
Rested? Or there's just better? If resting is the genuine reason I'm surprised he didn't do the same for Trent

No Sancho or Henderson. To be honest neither played much during the Euros and we did well.
Very interested to see how Bowen does for England.

City are drawing the line? You could sniff this coming a mile off. Not a time to crack a joke...
Anyone got anymore?
