Special mention must go to the Wembley 'cheese burger'.
How something can be made that badly it deserves some recognition.
Surely you knew before you got there it would be poor quality and over priced like stadium food invariably is. There are so many superior food options before you enter the stadium, there really is no excuse!

Just got back and a pretty faultless day out from start to finish, apart from the traffic at Slough.
Don't really understand the anti-JPT minority on here who didn't go. Regardless of the prestige of the competition, today was a great occasion to be a part of and a proud day for the club. If you missed it, you missed out!

10 pounds mate.
A fiver actually.
Nice big glossy thing, actually good value IMO.
-
With 27 and 37 goals to score, really?????
You're right of course, but the claim was mathematical certainty.
-
I must say, they are frightfully rude.
A master class in use of the English language isn't it.
-
If we had won today and drawn instead of won against either Donny, Orient or Yeovil no one would have questioned anything.
Who is questioning anything?

I don't see any flapping or twisted knickers on this thread at all.

Panic not. In Cotts we trust.
Never said I was panicking. Just stating an entirely possible scenario.

If you're not convinced the title race is over then nor is promotion a dead cert? Swindon are still there or thereabouts. If PNE can catch us then so can Swindon.
Swindon are a further two points adrift, have played a game more and their form is patchy at best. Far less likely to be a concern.

Proof of the pudding will be how we do .v. Crewe Tuesday night...
Won't change the fact that they have the potential to close the gap to 2 points as things stand. The way they are playing it's far from inconceivable that they could win their games in hand and beat us.
-
Preston running riot...5-1. Still not convinced the title race is over - particularly if we don't find a winner today.
-
5 wins in a row. Or as Peter Beagrie would say, "off the boil".

Blimey talk about counting chickens.
Not at all - hence the word "assuming". Taking nothing for granted.

Just looked at ticketing on city's website and saw gillingham game. Could have sworn we've already played them twice in the league.
Any idea when tickets for Walsall at home will go on sale?
Talking of Walsall at home - assuming we win the division, is the trophy presented at the game where the title is secured, or the last day of the season regardless?

Substitution, Bristol City. Greg Cunningham replaces Joe Bryan.
510 shots, crikey!

15 points clear of third as things stand, albeit having played a game more.
-
"Great cross from Bryan" is becoming one of the themes of our season.

I like the coffee ones...
...don't like coffee though, weirdly...
I drink coffee but can't stand the coffee ones!
-
Are you 5?!
If he is, he should be in bed.
-
Ok. The next talking point is... What are you currently eating/drinking...
Pint of milk and revels for me.
Trying to avoid the coffee ones?

So far, the dullest match day thread ever.
-
I love how settled our team is these days, particularly the back three. Can't remember when you could so easily predict our team ahead of any game.

Not really. Anyone who seriously thought Sheffield were going to win the required number of games was mental.
There wasn't any context to the statement - I thought he meant at the start of the season, when it would have been a pretty reasonable prediction.
-
According to some on here, Sheffield Utd were going up automatically.
Easy to smug in hindsight isn't it.

Oh for goodness sakes, no one forces the fans to buy it and there were a million options outside the ground. It's not as though the game even kicked off at lunchtime!
