Although Dave, the city robins boffins keep a tight lid on this news until 24 hours prior to the game....either because they don't know how to use the computer to tell us or it's because they want to sell as many away tickets as possible! It has been that way in the past. The whole vpn thing is a joke anyway. You can be honest and complete the details on where you live and watch the game via a vpn. The club and EFL don't care. Yet, for those of us who have an issue with this etc from a legal perspective (blah, blah, blah) can't/won't watch it. The law really is an Arsenal.

Iirc any game that is outside of the no-broadcast zone (ie Saturday afternoon around 3pm ko) is allowed to be broadcast on the football club's own streaming site for UK viewing. The one stipulation is that the home club has the vote as to whether or not to allow it. Swansea last year said no to our game so it wasn't available via Robins tv.

Good news for me though. My travel and airline fares are all OK for the Stoke City home game 30th Sept. Thank you Sky!

Yep, Radio Brizz audio feed is working well on Robins TV listen live

I've had some great emails from the streaming team. If you applied for a refund, we will be getting it. They also took the action to at least offer us a tv commentary as it was better than none. I have also suggested that because of my radio background, I'd be more than happy to monitor for a signal prior to ko and report as necessary. This has fallen on deaf ears in the past. I'm sure our issue last Saturday was easily fixable prior to ko if somebody had bothered to read my email I sent them at 2.30pm.

Anyone had a refund or even an acknowledgement of a refund? I haven't had either of the above.

Even their standard email isn't worth replying. It talks about responding via the email to avoid another ticket. When you do this, guess what you get in return? The same email! Pathetic.

If others write to explain no signal maybe they'll realise it isn't just me complaining all the time. Whether or not Radio Brizz switched on or off the isdn/web link isn't the issue. Someone at streamamg should be monitoring it or even someone in the media. I've suggested this a few times but they're obviously too busy or important to respond.
