I support NP but really cannot understand why Martin is playing. Living off past reputation I fear, nothing left in the tank - and we do have some promising youngsters. However, other sides, even top sides, would not describe some of our 20+ youngsters thus why not being picked.

We just can’t go on carrying no goal threat from Wells and Martin. I watch better strikers in the Isthmian League than those two. Only option is to play the youngsters: Scott, Janneh, Bell, and,when fit, Conway until we can recruit in January. Otherwise play one of the midfield as a striker if any are up to it one thing we can’t do is play Wells and Martin and expect a change in them. They have both fallen off the Championship cliff.

Sad to say but we are short of decent Championship players. Some are at this level, but too few, some are making it to this level, some are falling off from this level, and some have never reach or will reach it. Feel sorry for Nige. All he can do is try and keep us up until he can sign new recruits
