I've heard a few local ozzie rules amateur clubs using the chorus from "We Are Australian" and its been very catchy. I could see many not wanting anything from Oz but it could work & just for the record I'm not an Ozzie, born & bred in the UK 77yrs ago & a City fan for 68yrs, much to my dear old dads disgust as he was a gas man.
We are one, but we are many
And from all the lands on earth we come
We share a dream and sing with one voice
I am, you are, we are The City Fans
I am, you are, we are The City Fans

Do you like the bit when Del falls through the bar?
I like everything about the show, a classic comedy imo

Definitely not a wind up. I’ll accept that David Jason in Frost is the work of a genius, but I’m not an Only Fools fan in the slightest.
It shows

There are pills for that but unfortunately they are blue... Maybe because they're the ones that need them.
I do believe it would take more than a blue pill to help "That Lot"

I am more concerned about getting Vyner and Pring on longer contracts than replacing Scott.
Agreed, that's been my thoughts for a while now & their performances against QPR will only add more attention

A possible failed bid for Viner ?, he's had a very very good season.

I often wonder what we keep doing wrong, I mean this season Millwall Luton and Coventry have all done better than us with arguably less financial backing ground capacity ( Coventry excepted) and overall support, to say I'm scratching my head would be an understatement, what you have to remember is that I have been attending games for over 55 years at the end of this season and I have had to watch teams that should, in theory, be inferior on the criteria I listed to us pass us by, if anyone has the answer for god's sake let me and the club know what we keep doing wrong.
I understand your frustration regarding Millwall, Luton and Coventry but imho we haven't had a capable management/physio team in charge UNTIL NOW, sure we had great results with Cotts but for whatever reason he wasn't allowed to follow it up. I honestly believe we now have the management/physio team to achieve. It's an unfair league with the parachute payments in place but hopefully we can be in the mix next season, hang in there mate .

Scottish football has improved imho over the fast 4-5 seasons.
PL - Robertson, McGinn, McKenna, Christie, Armstrong, Tierney, etc
Champ - Souttar, Dykes, Stewart, Hedges, Campbell, Porteous, McLean, etc
all came down from Scotland over a period.
There are good players up there, they’ve taken advantage of Work Permit rules too, to allow them to strengthen with players who wouldn’t pass the English FA WP rules.
I honestly can’t say how good McCrorie is though, just seen a small number of snippets.
G'day Dave, there's many on here that automatically right off scottish players but imo we've done reasonably ok in the past with the likes of Paul Hartley, Joe Jordan, John Shaw, Gerry Sweeney, Gerry Gow, Jamie McAllister, Scott Murray, Tom Ritchie, Don Gillies & arguably todays Tommy Conway (I believe Tommy qualifies as a Scot) & there's probably a lot more I can't remember. Sure there's been failures but there's been many, many failures of all nationalities.
Your opinions please mate

Not good in the air?! Hes the most dominant defensive winner of headers we have!
Reduced terms if possible and it has to be a new contract for him imo.

If we could add his transfer fee, signing on fee, agents fees, wages etc together…. I’m pretty sure his cost per game would be eye-watering and not represent anything like value for money. He’ll be gone in the summer.
Sadly in todays world he has to be seen as you state, its just not good business anymore to carry the luxury of a good player that cannot play on a regular basis. I love the way he plays when fit (who wouldn't) but its not often enough is it & even taking a big pay cut wouldn't make him a fit player.

Living in Australia, I have to stay awake till an ungodly hour to watch games. Having a young kid means I don’t get much sleep once I do get to bed after the final whistle’s blown. For a good number of years I’ve watched out of blind devotion. It’s been truly horrible.
This season, I’ve really enjoyed it. Win, lose or draw - I see a squad I increasingly care about, a squad - and manager - that cares about our club, an emerging style of play (or at least, a desire to play that style) and a bright future.
If you had to sit on one side of the fence, have you ENJOYED this season, yes or no?
Either way, why?
I'm in the same boat as you mate, in South Oz & have to make a special effort to try & see games.
For the record I'm enjoying it, mainly because of all the positives that are coming out of our academy, NP & Co. Interesting summer coming up
