  2. Not sure how up to date this is; https://khelnow.com/football/top-10-longest-goal-scoring-streaks-history No idea of Bristol City record.
  3. I think most people would be aware that he's a journalist with the Evil Post to be fair.
  4. Yep, sounded a load of bollocks to me. I think NP was (is ?) capable of being "blunt", but its obvious to me that Mills is just getting his own back. Seems full of himself as well. From Wiki; In February 2012, reports surfaced of an alleged bust up with new manager Nigel Pearson,[110] which Mills denied.[96] He then lost the captaincy and was relegated to training with the club's youth academy.[96][111] He did not travel for the 1–0 victory against Derby County on 23 February 2012, which prompted questions over his future at the club.[111] Mills was later informed by phone that he was allowed to leave Leicester.[96] But, despite being linked with league rivals Leeds United and West Ham United,[112] Mills refused to leave on loan as it would have been "very disrespectful for the fans".[96] Though this move away from the club did not materialise, he never played for Leicester again and went on to score once in thirty–one appearances in all competitions.
  5. Can't remember if it was Derby or Stoke (can't be arsed to look it up) where he collected the ball inside our half and beat a couple of players for pace before passing it wide well inside the opposition half. Not for the first time either. He's more than capable imo.
  6. Do both clubs have to agree on prices ? Surprised it is at that level - way over the odds imo. Best of luck with that, but no thanks.
  7. Disagree re Kalas. He is quite capable of passing out from the back and also quite capable of making runs with the at his feet ball from inside our half to halfway inside the opposition half no problem. First and foremost though, he loves defending and chucking himself in front of shots etc.
  8. Not sure about tv, but its live on the UEFA site; https://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/draws/
  9. A subjective list of worst places to live.. https://www.ilivehere.co.uk/top-50-worst-places-to-live-in-england-2021 Been to 9/10 of the places in this top 10 and I wouldn't argue with any of them except maybe Torquay. Not been there for a few years and surprised it is on the list. Worked in a few of them for months at a time unfortunately. No doubts in my mind that Jaywick should be number one.
  10. Well, the last time they had 10k average attendance was in 1976 (10,022) which is 45 years ago. The last time they had 20k average attendance was in 1958 (20,604) which is 63 years ago. Today they had just over 6k - which is par for the course over their history. They have an ageing support base and it'll take more than an imaginary new stadium to get those geriatrics off their sofas. The support in the city is ours, they've lost it.
  11. So thats the Hull highlights - where's ours ?
  12. Good point, could have been three. Not sure about Weimann in that position, especially with Massengo, both were chasing the ball early on leaving big gaps for Hull to run into. Bakinson would have been a better option imho. Hopefully, the goal will give Semenyo some confidence, his decision making is still atrocious. Vyner is out of form and confidence, showing the goal scorer inside on his right foot - very basic stuff. He needs to get his game back, quickly. James made a difference, hope he's ok as he was limping at the end. As said, good point.
  13. Nice of Vyner to show the goal scorer inside on his right foot.
  14. Hull favourites due to their current form. I wouldn't rule out an away win, but realistically Hull have a bit of momentum and I can't see us keeping a clean sheet. We are struggling to score more than one so the best I can hope for is a 1-1, although I think the form and momentum that Hull have will be a bit too much for us.
  15. James in for Bakinson, no surprise. Probably as good as it gets at the moment.
  16. Sorry, I don't know. Maybe @Jerseybeancan answer.

  19. Can't see City keeping a clean sheet or Hull not scoring. They've score 8 and conceded 2 in the last five games (13 points). We've scored 5 and conceded 6 in the last five (7 points). City to win 3-0 then.
  20. 29/10 and shortening according to this; https://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/championship/hull-v-bristol-city/winner But I was expecting around 4/1 tbh.
  21. With Frank Lampard in charge, its HMS piss the league
