  1. Can you have General Knowledge as your specialist subject?
  2. You know he has the second highest amount of clean sheets in the top division since 1992 and made 958 career appearances right?
  3. Has anyone been there when it wasn't wet, cold and raining?
  4. I been once, was the Brooker goal in the 1-0 win. Nearly drowned on the sea front in the car with the water that was building up. More water on the roads that in the sea.
  5. I love watching these games as they are normally exciting or end up in a punch up. Few times it’s been both.
  6. To be fair I don’t think it is fair to be asking the football manager leading questions about a pending court case. They are not lawyers or spokesmen, they are football managers. Trying to misconstrue Ragernicks words to get a click bait headline is out of order. Any statement should come from the clubs lawyers or official social media accounts so not to affect the legal proceedings.
  7. Been sneakily watching the game at work and from what I’ve seen it’s being played at a frenetic pace. Everyone (except Simpson) has been sprinting around like mad. No-one seems to be able to get a foot on the ball and take control of it.
  8. Yeah but apart from those other teams they are
  9. I bet you are as hard as a rock right now ?
  10. Not a stonewaller, but it's a pen for me. I was surprised Pearson said about Pring at the end being fouled, that looked a good tackle to me.
  11. Now we're not pumping balls from defence/goalie up to him for 90mins and are actually playing through him he's such a more valuable asset in the team. Klose's passes into him yesterday is what we should have been doing from the start. I still stand by that we have to be careful not to 'burn' him out by playing him for 90 mins week in week out. He has a great work ethic and chases everything he can, but Weimann levels of stamina he does not have, so games like yesterday, I would have liked to have seen Wells/Conway come on for the last 15 as you could tell Martin was flagging.
  12. If you read it, it doesn't actually say that...
  13. Isn't that it's not that you didn't WANT them to succeed, but you just didn't think the COULD succeed?
  14. Was this the 2-2 game where we were 2-0 and conceded 2 late goals?
  15. Another couple of worldie goals in the Morocco game.
  16. I thought the ref was alright, gave us some decisions I thought I wouldn't give, but then let them time waste from about the 43rd minute and did absolutely nothing about it.
  17. I've got to say, I thought Vyner did pretty good today. There was a couple of times he could have been smarter with his challenges in their with their 8ft striker, but on the ground, his tackles were excellent and his passes were good, including the one that led to our goal. He's not the answer, but for all the stick he gets, today was a good performance from him in general.
  18. I've always though Mpanzu was a difficult player to play against, big strong and awkward. Bit where the hell does is name come from? Pelly Mpanzu Ruddock It's like 3 different cultures in one name!
  19. We score goals now, create chances but most importantly seem to have more of an identity in the way we are playing football whether thats building from the back in the centre of midfield, then out wide or fast breaks on the counter attack. It got to the point I genuinely thought our game plan relied on the other team making a mistake at the back for us to try and capitalise on.
  20. I'm not as bothered about this now we've given Martin a rest and Antoine has turned into a beast.
  21. To be fair to COD I think he's done pretty good recently, has sparked up a good partnership with Pring and although still struggles with his delivery, he won a lot of headers today and put himself about a bit. He's obviously not going to be a player to take us further, but for the amount of stick he gets, he's doing alright.
