0-2 can be retrievable......... big ask against these though.

This is the most boring and dull first 30 mins of football I've watched in years.

I would like to use this thread to thank all of those who posted to offer their condolences following the passing away of my Father. Some really nice words all of them very much appreciated. I wanted to reply to some of them individually but alas someone from the administration or modulating department deemed it necessary to close the Match Day Thread less than 20 hours after I had initiated it. That seemed rather bizarre and more than a little a irritating. I have sent a message requesting posts are not archived quite so rapidly especially since they do solicit a lot of interest and replies; no other threads that I know of are archived and closed out so quickly.
24 hours after sending a message to admin nobody has bothered to reply.
Once again thank you to one and all.
May i suggest the Match day thread is kept live for at least 6 days or until the next match.. why close it out so rapidly????????
If you look on the 'match day archive' forum all the match day threads are there.

Very sad news, condolences to you and your family.

oh the 3rd Division you know that well
Yes, but the difference is, we got crowds three times bigger than you

We will get more wins now under Warnock and suppose you know the feeling considering you've had years of being dross?
We can handle being dross, but we would never sell our sole to a weird Malaysian.

That is your ambition, suppose it has been a while
Also been a while since you had a decent crowd, you would of struggled to get 10,000 if it wasn't just a fiver for you to get in tonight. You will soon be back to your normal 4,000 in the 3rd division

So shit we beat you, dont be a bitter
I don't think he's being bitter, he's just telling the truth, your team beat us tonight but I know which team is the better over the season.
I expect you thought you lost 2-1 tonight, as the last time you watched your team you were wearing red!

Poor performance. Poor referee. Onto the next game i guess.
I thought we made it to easy for the ref to give fouls against us, sometimes you just need to stand up and let them have the ball, especially in areas where they can't hurt us. Instead we played into their hands. We all know ( so the players should) that a Warnock side will make the most of 'any' challenge, we were so naive at times tonight.

97 minutes and it feels like we never really got going, Tomlin showed one real bit of quality, very frustrating that he didn't get in that area more than once or twice.

Got to be at least 5 minutes added on surely?

Just been told it kicked right off in the away fans concourse at HT, City fans and stewards.

That's either a penalty or play on, but he gives a Cardiff free kick, ffs.

This atmosphere is as bad as it was at Ashton gate last season.
Yeah, it doesn't feel/sound like a derby game.

Even SC says Cardiff player offside and Bryan didn't commit a penalty foul !
However much I would like to, I can't argue that it wasn't a penalty, nailed on I would say!

We haven't turned their back four around once, it's all to predictable from us.

Am I the only one who thinks Tomlin should be playing 10-15 yards further up the pitch? We have O Neil and Pack holding,so in theory we don't need Tomlin dropping so deep.

Tammy looks so isolated, when Tomlin drops deep, even more so. With this we find it almost impossible to put any sustained pressure on teams.
Somehow we need to find a way of getting in behind teams, Brighton aren't going to come out now though!
