You are quite right about our Cup Final appearance. IF it is blue, they need to hammer that home hard. And no semi serious Cup team selections.

Thanks Phantom. The issue is not really how to do it but the buttons are still greyed out when you try. Obviously it’s not working! (I keep reading how to do it stuff that appears to miss the point of the process doesn’t appear to work). I, as always, appreciate what you do here and liaising with Jerry on my/our behalf

Thank you Rocky. I have just asked the question on his sub forum. It is very clear Jerry is buried under a number of things, I read (I think it was @phantom) that he has been tasked to the limit..Any help anyone can give him I think will be appreciated. If I don’t get a useful response by midweek I’ll have no alternative but to ring the club, however if that is what it takes (to go direct rather than go through the channels in place) then I suppose it highlights the situation to someone at least. Again if anyone gets the forwarding to work let us know. The very helpful suggestion of deleting my tickets from my wallet and getting my brother to add them to his is a last resort I don’t want to use if I can help it.

Hi @JerrySLO I have a season ticket and a child season ticket that I need to forward to my brother. I think I have done everything I’m supposed to. However when you click on links to forward they are greyed out. As the season kicks off in under a week it is now important that this is complete as supporters have to make arrangements without certain knowledge that their ticket will be available. Can you confirm that the links do/don’t work. If the links don’t work will they be working by midweek so the tickets can be received in time to make arrangements And what if any contingency plans are available. (It is noted that a club statement from a while back says the links will be available by the 5th August, but the day of the game really is inappropriate) I see another similar, but not the same, question obviously, this matter is now a matter of urgency to some season ticket holders Many thanks for your earliest reply!

Yes got all that done @Street red but the actual transfer buttons are greyed out when you get to go and transfer. Is there anyone out there that has ACTUALLY transferred tickets using the new set up?

I think you have to have had your request in a while ago. However since I live in Milwaukee it doesn’t do me a lot of good on 75% of match days. This is better for me IF the tech works

I tend to agree vis a vis a certain previous incumbent and the whole thing with the new kit and clothing supplier The what is (so much) actually going on that we are not aware of, is of course his responsibility. If he thinks it’s better to keep a lot of stuff within the company then I don’t have an issue with it. But stakeholders/supporters will then naturally speculate and utter nonsense is given credence (which is do often the case on OTIB).

The stream can have issues but usually it’s pretty decent. (In the USA at least) There are so many more problems with people at the BBC/BCFC forgetting/Not connecting the audio commentary. I’m not always in a position to watch like many, but pretty Much always in a position to listen and having been subject to some vision issues a while back am a bit sensitive to this. The biggest complaint to the provider is the non connection of the audio. I did ask for the match day hotline address for the visual and audio to be pinned once but to no avail. I know there is one IF someone has it on hand perhaps they could answer this post with it. First game of the season often gets effed up!

Yes I mentioned this on a FB post. We don’t know yet how poor the opposition really are yet. Time will tell. But you can only beat what’s in front of you and I’m confident NP asked for teams to put out crap for us to play. Or maybe not!
