  1. Noppert is the one that has the most to feel hard done by. We have Luke Littler, then the others are the top 6 in the rankings, Noppert is at number 7 and Peter Wright at 8. Wright very lucky to get in imo after an abysmal year for him form wise.

He was asked about it and spoke against it as would mean almost seven days of darts every week which is a danger at his age for burnout

On a side note I see that he is provisionally in the top 32 in the world after this.

Humphries wins it for me now. Had a tough schedule with playing last most rounds. No real idea as to what time his match would start so difficult to prepare. It wasn't until last night when there were only 2 matches, so had an idea as to when his match would start. And low and behold hits a 103.5 average. Can only see him getting stronger now.

108.74 average tonight. What a final it is going to be tomorrow night.

Worst I’ve seen MvG play, can’t believe how many doubles he missed.

He is nowhere near as good as he was. There is always this type of performance in him nowadays.

Getting better and better. Dobey averaging 112 two sets to nil up on Ross Smith who is averaging 111

Dobey wins 4-2 and there were 27 180's in the match. I think he will beat Michael Smith in the next round.

Watched Yate on Saturday - didn’t look like scoring if they’d been there all week.

I’m assuming that tit Tooze gave it large at the final whistle

No kept it quite restrained really. Thought he might have given it large TBF. The biggest tit on the day was Tovey on the Yate bench, non stop querying every decision. Not too sure what the financial situation is like at Yate now but if the best back up striker they can get is Jack Ball things must be bad. Hadn't heard is name on the circuit last 18 months or so but he looked a couple of stone too heavy.

Oli Jenkins of Yate best player on the pitch by some distance.

Bobby is an interesting one.  You could see he had technique but he didn’t seem to physically develop for ages which probably delayed his progress.  LJ discovered his super power (? by accident) when he moved him up front - he’s one of the best pressers I’ve ever seen.

Definitely by accident. He was on his way out of the club and was used as a striker in pre season as a filler as we had no one else available.
