This merely proves your inability to be objective.
Second half v Millwall
Rousing performance against Cardiff.
Best performance in ages against Preston.
Winning more games at home.
Entertaining football.
Massengo, Scott and Semenyo all emerging as hugely exciting talents.
Plenty of positive signs, the only people that can’t see them are people like yourself who are determined not to.
Thought we were alright against Luton to be honest.

Critchley getting more out of his team than the "sum of it's parts"
Pearson doesn't for us.
That is the worry despite some sparks of improvement over the past few months.
It must have been so frustrating, pretending to be balanced, over the last month or so

Love the bit about city letting him go to Norwich.
All you need to know about our ambition over the years.

Really enjoyed this, thank you.
Just as an aside, is there anything else that could be done to help with sound quality on the regular pod? I’m really grateful for the content, but maybe a little bit of crowd funding for a couple of decent mics?

Yeah, the summer window will be an interesting time especially if SL remains committed to his sustainability strategy. City have already lost Kelly, Bryan, Reid to help fill the coffers and if that strategy continues to apply then the likes of Semenyo, Massengo and Pring are likely to be off and that has to be a concern for everyone. Replacing any of them like for like would be almost impossible.
Repeatedly selling the best players vastly inhibits any manager trying to build a promotion squad but Nige would have been aware of that when he signed his three year deal so will know what’s coming this summer.
The challenge is they we are now selling to fill a hole, not necessarily reinvest.
When we sold big last time, there was nowhere as big a hole to fill. That has been created after.

I hope they all stay beyond the summer.

It really did get weird, They were absolutely obsessed with a few people on here for a while. I would walk up North Street and get eyeballed many a time, especially walking past a certain shop. I was told it wasn't my area to stick my orr in because I lived in Portishead. Despite the fact my parents lived in Ashton Vale for 25 years prior to moving just before I was born and being the 3rd generation of my family to work in this actual building (parents/grandparents both worked for Wills at times). Yet someone who moved from London and supported Chelsea was perfectly ok to lead a crusade against the club.
As you say the irony is now most of the residents around AG are fed up of the general traffic chaos on match days (x2 with Rugby as well) and the AV residents aren't happy about potentially several 1000 houses making the roads around them busy. Soak it up, you ******* won, you deal with the consequences.
To quote someone more profound than I,
”Well, well, well, if it isn’t the consequences of my actions”

Yep we deserved 3 points but you can't keep making such poor mistakes.
Must be infuriating to coach.
Not really a lot wrong with setup or system, just players making mistakes.
Hopefully they it will decrease.

The number is irrelevant.
The percentage of your annual income is what’s important.

Pearson comes across like a normal person. In my business the most trying aspect is behaving in a way that appeases the majority and presents a ‘modern, professional’ front.
God it’s boring.

Don’t get the criticism of Wells. Did more than Martin did in a 10 minute cameo.
Can actually see the green shoots. The quality of some of our play was exceptional.
If you watch Wells closely you can see what Pearson is getting at.
Martin talks to Antoine, almost puts an arm around him.
Wells just bollocks him.

I think some of the comments on O’Leary are ridiculous . You need to watch that again . They had 3 players in front of goal with all of our defence the wrong side .it looks like we were playing in white if you see the behind goal view. Kalas loses the main threat , who misses the header ,but their player climbs over Massengo and heads into the path of 2 unmarked players . The initial cross was more penalty spot , certainly not 6 yard box . Max could not have come for the initial cross . No keeper would be told to go that far out and risk leaving goal unmarked . They got players unmarked in front of our defence and in front of Max. Could Max have got to the second ball , maybe but not easy as there were 2 players , Luton not ours in front of him .
Was a complete defensive shambles of which Max was one part but certainly not the scape goat suggested . You need to look at it frame by frame .
But City fans need to blame someone . Vyner gets a night off .
I don’t think it’s a personal vendetta but I would like to think even Max would hold his hand up to second one and just say ‘I should have just fallen on it’.
He isn’t that brave, thats fine.
It’s like play Top Trumps, he scores highly elsewhere.
It’s just an observation of the facts.

Difficult to play in the dark, what terrible lights . I thought we played ok against a side that uses the long ball a lot, but we do need to defend stronger.
I thought that. My son asked if there was a power problem when we first turned it on.

I see no merit in sacking Pearson, but I know what you mean.
Its a fair comment.
Ive been so frustrated with the shit nature of the goals we have conceded this year.
Often, it’s not our shape or set up just weak individuals.
