  1. You're the one here criticising someone purely for wearing something that you don't approve of. Let people wear whatever the hell they want to wear, let people be whoever they want to be, as long as it doesn't harm anybody how can there possibly be any issue. Firstly, even if it doesn't impact you, but it does impact others. I have a family member who would have rather died than continue to be a man. I don't get it personally, but does it bother me? Not at all, let her be who she wants to be. Secondly, how can this possibly bug you when it doesn't impact you whatsoever? You'll find that life is so much easier when you're not continually angry at other people for doing things which they want to do and which only affect themselves. Try bigging yourself up, which I'm absolutely sure you're capable of, rather than bringing them down.
  2. Alternatively it could be seen as normalising wearing whatever the hell you want, I certainly think that's what Harry Styles is trying to do.
  3. That Facebook group is brilliant, so many great old pics and write-ups of Bristol on there. If I was loaded I would 100% rebuild The Dutch House, lovely old building.
  4. Oh dear here we go again. 40 minutes to go...
  5. Thanks for the update.
  6. This thread in 3...2...1...
  7. If this is the case, as much as I'm not always a Warnock fan, it would be a good move for now. One of the disappointments of Pearson's reign is that we thought he would be the sort of manager to get players running through walls for him, which just hasn't happened for one reason or another. Warnock would help bring that attitude back, and even if he might not take us up, that effect could help and carry on past his tenure.
  8. Very nice thought. I'm not against it completely but it clearly distresses animals all over, pets or not. I'd happily see it restricted to just one night, or one weekend to be honest.
  9. Top man, fair play to him. It shouldn't matter but it does, so I hope he gets all the support he can. All I'll say is that the reason that more people don't come out as gay is largely down to us. We're the blokes, we're the ones who either intentionally or unintentionally sometimes create this situation where people cannot be the people they want to be. Hopefully we can help create the environment where more footballers can be themselves openly without fear of criticism.
  10. I'm a huge fan of the MacBook's, they are just easier to use, and last a lot longer in my experience. These new ones that have just been released are absolute monsters that will crush any Windows equivalent CPU-wise. That said, per £, they are far worse value for money than a decent Windows laptop. You get 90% of the benefit for a fraction of the price.
  11. I'm surprised you didn't find it Robbored. It's on the official site. ? https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251976376
  12. One of the greatest ever, and actually uses his platform to speak about genuine issues the world faces. He can be petulant and immature at times but I've got a lot of respect for him doing that, plenty don't. He's won nearly 10% of all Grands Prix ever run now. I know it's 'easier' in these modern times with more races, but still an incredible stat. I think when Schumi retired he was at just over 11%, which is also mental.
  13. It's George Russell going to Merc next year, not Lando.
  14. I mean, his car just came 1st and 2nd in the very last race just 3 days ago
  15. He's just announced 2 whole gigs with Blossoms, just covering Smiths songs. As mad as it sounds, I think it'll be brilliant.
  16. To be fair I think he is widely regarded as being one of the best of the next generation, and one who should challenge for World Championships when given the right car. It's quite telling that the top 4 teams all have one young 'star' that they expect to go long with, those being Verstappen, Norris, Leclerc and from next year, Russell, though Norris is a bit younger than the rest of them.
  17. To be honest I was thinking it might be a 5-place grid penalty so it's probably fair. There's no doubt in my mind that Verstappen is at fault for this, and possibly intended it, but the decision point at which he had to back out was a time of probably around what, half a second? It's pure instinct at that point isn't it. It's cynical but it's not Dan Ticktum level of endangering drivers.
  18. Yep agreed, Jos has a bit of a track record of being a massive **** too. Combine that with the entitled-ness of the Red Bull team, it's no wonder Max is a bit of a jumped up idiot at the moment.
  19. Why on earth should LH take any blame? What else should he have done? At this point Verstappen should completely back out. He is not ahead, there is no gap to go for, and the little space that is there is fast running out. T2 in this situation has space for only one car and Hamilton is the one entitled to it. For Verstappen to also fit through there, Hamilton would pretty much have had to do a 90-degree right turn, why should he have to do that when it's his corner? When even Christian Horner is refusing to apportion blame to Hamilton and is calling it a 'racing incident', then you know Hamilton has done nothing wrong. Some people will criticise Hamilton for absolutely everything and clearly here is no exception for you.
  20. You must be the only person on the planet to think that was Hamilton's fault today.
  21. That's entirely Max's fault for me, not often I disagree with Brundle but I can't picture it any other way. Max is entitled to go into T1, Lewis gives him room. As they enter T2, Max is never making that corner, there is no room and he should back out, but he doesn't. And his radio message afterwards pretty much confirms that he knew it was naughty.
  22. "yet the Mem is full of charm and Character" That is one hell of a rose tinted view.
  23. Also saw them at Glastonbury, William's Green I think it was. Absolutely brilliant, I've been wanting to see them again but the dates never fall nicely for us. These Smiths are also quite decent, saw them at the Fleece a while back and the atmosphere was great. ?
