City almost got to the PL last season and with the right reinforcements-some of those players would be great-could do so again or even go up. They would only need to play one or two seasons in the Championship if the plan to plan. In the plan I outlined, they would clearly get a wage increase on promotion. In this scenario they are certainly good players, and play in either the CL or UEFA Cup in most cases. Could probably all or mostly play in the PL after an adjustment period. As I said, delusional I would disagree with, after all Charisteas and Mpenza have been linked with Ipswich lately. I would prefer to call it "ambitious realism".
