Player himself tweets he's having a medical on Monday, 4 days later still no news. Maybe there was something showing up in the medical that is being investigated further before signing the agreement. He was quite open on twitter about his movements up until when he announced he was en route to a club, I think we may be waiting to announce a few at the same time. The fact that unlike most of our other transfer dealings this summer it was being widely reported as going through? Clubs like to drip feed signings. It keeps fans' interest across the summer, the club in the papers, ticket sales going. Besides, these days it would be hard to keep it a secret all this time.
