Doubt it. Fee agreed, personal terms must be agreed for a medical to take place, I think it will be later this afternoon or tonight.

or tomorrow if they take their time with the photos/interviews

Whats the record number of pages on a player potentially signing?

Maybe someone could do a top ten chart of this; from first rumour to signing/outright rejection.

I'd guess the top few would be:

Jesse Lingaard, Lee Tomlin, Dwight Gayle, Andre Gray, David James, with Sergi Canos making a valiant effort.

Alistair Durden saying he understands there is a medical today for Tomlin. Ali never comments unless there is truth in it, now he has spoke we can believe!!!!!

Looks like that No 10 shirt could be well and truly filled. Get it done Scotty.

I'm trying to rate where this stands in terms of how big/wanted the signing is.

We havnt signed many players after a successful loan spell, so after seeing what he's capable of is making this very exciting.

Up there with Trundle and James signings for me.

The return of Scotty Murray was fairly epic in it's day

Norman Hunter was pretty big.

Trundle was a panic buy and James was, well, hmmm, I suppose evryone needs a comedy keeper once in a while.
