Sometimes it can happen quickly and sometimes it doesn't. Big commitment on both sides of this one. Tomlin trying to eek out stuff for dropping down a division. City trying not to over-commit themselves. They need to finance other players too. I've been sat here most if pre-season thinking we won't get it over the line, because of other interest.
