Because sacking ANOTHER manager isn't the answer.  We're worse than bloody Leeds.

Brian Tinnion - Resigned

Gary Johnson - Mutual Consent

Keith Millen - Temporary basis

Steve Coppell - Resigned

Keith Millen - Sacked

Derek McInnes - Sacked

Sean O'Driscoll - Sacked

Steve Cotterill - Gardening Leave

Lee Johnson?

Only three of our last 8 managers have been truly sacked.

We are not as bad as Leeds or any other "sacking club"

He'll be sacked tomorrow or Monday.

Lansdown doesn't seem to drag it out. Feels like most of his sackings come after a result - he clearly is one for an ultimatum (maybe I'll be proved wrong if my memory is hazy).

I think if he's not gone tonight he's going to manage v Burnley. 8pm tonight I think

None of which changes the fact that sacking the coach isn't the answer here.

It IS the answer.

If the board had done the right thing last season and employed a real manager like Nigel Pearson rather than settling for some cheap novice, we wouldn't be in this mess now.

So you agree that the problem is elsewhere in the club?

What faith do you have in the next appointment being right?

Well, not a lot of faith, but right now anything has to be better than Johnson. And surely, having realised they made a balls-up with the Johnson appointment, the board will have the sense to finally spend some money in getting a genuine football manager.
