What your nan didn't tell you is that the correct procedure is to scrunch up each sheet and then flatten it before using it. That way it works similarly to soft toilet paper. Here to help, several decades after the event. A school across the road was closed from us. Me and my brother were playing on a skip and found 2 boxes of Izal toilet paper in the skip.
