JackofromSanJavier
Just watched the Heybridge Swifts footage - crikey, that left peg on Tins. Many thanks for posting that @22A What wouldn't we all give to get a Tinman doppelgänger in the current starting 11? I'm blessed that I witnessed that exocet missile picking out Scotty on a regular basis back in the day. Legend

Tommy D winning the ball, laying it off to Tins and the rest is history.

22A
I don't fancy Weston's chances at Barnet, but this is the Cup. Yeovil v Taunton with the winners hoping to be drawn against a "Local league team" in the next round? South Shields, Blyth and Gateshead all in the draw and probably all hoping eventually for a 3rd round tie with Newcastle.
Lanterne Rouge
Just looked at when the next round is and it`s the 15th which is a shame as we`re at home to Millwall that day. I`m sure a lot of our Taunton/South Somerset fans would have liked to have gone to Yeovil v Taunton.
22A
To WsM; all the best for tomorrow. Yeovil & Taunton; sorry that one of you will not survive to the 1st round proper. Draw for that 1st round draw is 7.00pm BBC 2 Monday.

22A
From a Geordie forum; "I do think however, that there may be a bit of crowd trouble at both Blyth and South Shields". Apparently, there is history between these teams, especially Blyth & Wrexham.

The way things are going his Hartlepool may be playing in that round next season.

1960maaan
I'm off visiting inlaws the beginning of Novemeber , I was struggling to find a game to watch. Just realised it's first round proper . Being in Essex with fairly good access to London , I'm hoping for a decent game to watch.
Lanterne Rouge
Pretty crap for all our local sides except for THEM who get Rochdale at home. Be funny when they lose to them mind.

With regard to the draw and the Managers hoping for a draw against a big club for the experience and the cash, I hoped for Ipswich v Needham, Chippenham v Swindon, Pompey v Eastleigh etc. Not all local derbies though; Rovers could have gone to Barrow, Carlisle or South Shields.
