Players who come straight from Scotland will have to adapt quickly to the level and intensity and don’t always succeed. Scottish players are no better or no worse in general than any other. With regard to those who have arrived here directly from Scotland and struggled, Lee Miller was a stand out disappointment for me. We've had many a,gem over the years though.
