Wonder if he's thinking "as soon as that call from Bournemouth comes in January, I'm out of it"

Who could blame him. Not sure anyone with any real ambition would want to stick around these parts.

He’s had a lot of interest. Would take a minor miracle for him to sign a new deal here.

I just feel for Jason knight and Roberts that signed one sh** show to another

Can you imagine how frustrated Fansdown and his useless sprog would have felt, if our decimated team of walking wounded and young 'uns had somehow miraculously beaten Ipswich and/or Cardiff.

Mind you, as it is clearly personal and incomprehensible, they would probably have gotten rid of Pearson even if our team was in the top six.

If this departure has been on the cards for as long as us suggested, then they really should have someone lined up at least.

Be very surprised if the new man isn't in the dugout for Saturday.

They've been looking, and speaking, since the Leeds defeat.

Pure negligence if they can't tie up the new man they want this week.

I'm going to buck the trend and say good. I've nothing against him but we were not going anywhere under him either .

Those of you who want nothing more than perennial survival, i understand why you are upset.  But frankly I would rather we took a gamble on someone new.  If we go down, that's too bad.. but it's just a game. We'll come back. And if we get it right, we might just be able to push for something special

I wont be holding my breath, given that in August one of your 16 contributions was:

I'm glad we agree then that Spurs are finished as a top team

If that’s true, and I know you’re not often wrong, this makes me even more angry. What a pair of sniveling cowards that father and son are. Be gone soon please.

His last one was “liking” some post about Mason Greenwood.

So very strange how these pro sacking posters with virtually no history of commenting on City have suddenly appeared, isn’t it?

That's Rowett then isn't it.

FFS....

As others have said, always appreciate the info you share. What a shite time to be a City fan now. All hope for the next few seasons has just disappeared like that. I think the fanbase has finally turned now.

Is it whoever is running Project Whitebeam? They seem quite good at managing things.

Makes sense, with Nige dropping the unhappiness comments and ‘hopefully I’ll be here next week’ comments for a while.
