    Sandhurst?

    Red?

You not Richard Gould are you? ???

    Great post btw.

I think he’s had his boots up the backside, last season, and earlier this season.  What I did like was that Nige was petulant when recognising he played decently against Stoke.  For me that says “has ability, has the wrong attitude”.  And that’s not enough.

And get some fans moan that players “steal a wage”.  Not a phrase I like per se, but we’ve been calling out for a while to have a strong character as manager.

With rumours of other clubs interested (Blackpool, Hull), I would imagine any fee is a bit better than nominal, albeit not large either.  My guess fwiw is £350k (what we paid for him allegedly).  I hope he does ok at Ipswich because it makes him more attractive to bids in the summer.  Not too well though ???

According to sum, Nige treats the press conferences with contempt…not if you get him going eh @redsquirrel ???

cant wait to see him again Dave, going to offer him a costa this time as ive a few more questions to ask without holding up people at the checkout, plus he said hed sign a jacket for me,its been in the car since august waiting. he did let me out in traffic last week when i was trying to get out after work, closest ive come since last time

  2. problem with pato is,if he got what he wanted,he wouldnt play as well as he has done up to now. weve seen it here with other players, play their socks off while on loan,we sign them on perm and they suddenly become average or crap

  3. back in august, i think we all knew there might be a few hammerings dished out this season. im surprised we havent had more. things started fruitation when we got that home record off our backs, next improvement was to start playing as a team instead of a group of individuals. now we are actually seeing the talent some of these guys nige has trusted show in games.  so much better than august, why want a young fancy manager when we are managing to keep afloat with the one we have??

  4. it was reported a while back that his son said he had to change his way with interviews as he tended to spout everything he knew without thinking first.  i think that is why he seems very reined in during pressers.  i know from personal experience that this could be very true because when i met him,he didnt hold back at all in his answers about out transfer targets last summer or a couple of other ongoing issues behind the scenes. absolute diamond of a bloke,no fibs or red herrings, everything he said was going to happen did happen.

to be perfectly honest, i dont give a hoot about pre match interviews, they might aswell be the beano or dandy, just a weekly comic for the fans to read or watch something.

or better still, the ""Past sell by date" Stadium".

Close to the smelly Feeder canal. Ideal food source for the Blue Few bottom feeders.

they could trawl it for shop stock, old shopping trolleys, car wheels and tyres, rusty old bikes to name a few quality souvenirs for them

Christ the EFL have no shame. How about watch the game back instead of sitting on your fat arses all day. Then see who you think is in the wrong.

exactly, why cant managers compile a selection of video clips to back up their comments.

Don’t think he’s ever let us down when called upon. Safe handling today, great distribution and one world class save. I think the reason NP has played him is to properly assess him if bids come in for Bentley. I think DB is a great keeper but would have no problem putting Max in goal if we got a few quid by selling Bentley.

probably way off here but also puts Max in the window
