Speaking of which, what was their "crowd" on Saturday, they're obviously too embarrassed to post it on the BBC
Peterborough Utds last 2 home league fixtures have had crowds of 11,700 and 9100.
Rovers crowd on Saturday was 7600
Yeah well done Gas, that really shows how massive you are compared to Posh doesn’t it?

Wasn't that the game that their fans were singing & celebrating about getting their new stadium.?
10 years ago today you say..?!
“We’ve got our staydiyum we’ve got our staydiyum”
After the game they were practically claiming a victory because they only lost 2-1 ignoring the fact that we were dross at the time ourselves.
”see yew nex year SHITHEADS” they proudly posted on Facebook….
How did that go d1ckheads?- 3

But that’s why things like this keep happening to them. Unless you start fronting up to your failings, learn from them and try to improve you’ll keep going around in circles.
Not all, but too many gas heads think their club is perfect (swallowing all the tripe they are fed) and that things like this happen because everyone is out to get them.
You’re spot on. They should be furious with the club for continuing to make them a laughing stock, not just to us but other clubs in the area and their division.
Its like some weird cult where anyone who dares to say “this isn’t good enough” is told to go to trashton.
They’ve got the Circus they deserve.

What absolutely amazes me is that there are still Gasheads who refuse to believe it could the fault of anyone to do with the club.
Agents
EFL Conspiracy
‘Shitheads’ high up in the club
McAnthony
’Big’ JCB
I mean FFS, have they been living in a cave for the last 10 years?
Rovers are exactly known for being professional are they?**** up followed by **** up followed by **** up.
The gift.

Because they clearly have a man a the EFL they know who was able to confirm that....
If they're going to make stuff up, at least make it believable.
Presumably they asked the ‘shithead mole’ high up within their club to fax everything off and he deliberately waited until 4 seconds after the cut off to do it.
Bastard!!

They are claiming that the JCH paperwork was just 4 seconds late
I shouldn’t look on there but it’s comedy gold.
One of them is claiming that it’s an EFL conspiracy against Barton to stop them from progressing

Genuine question and happy to be corrected - is JCH the player who received loads of abuse off you fans, resulting in him flicking you lot the bird when subbed once and then saying it was great to play in front of “proper fans” after he’d moved?
If so, why are you lot so desperate for him to come back and why would he want to come back?
Of course, if that wasn’t him ignore me it must have been someone else the “faithful and true” had a problem with
Nah, that was this happy looking chap.

Did Jamie Pato Patterson smash one in from miles out somewhere?
Scored a screamer from outside the box away to Sheffield Utd then scored again from outside the box a couple of weeks later at home to Reading.

They are actually talking about signing MORE players
**** me!

Managerial genius Joey Barton will no doubt demand another 12 players.
The maggots will probably try to take Wycombe to Court again after that
Well done Joe Low, clearly the burning hot cauldron of hate that they claim to have at the Mem didn’t effect him.

In fairness to Barton any money made from Twitter paywall is going to Nick Anderton
Wonder why he didn’t make that clear when he started doing it?

There is also an RMT strike tomorrow.
Hourly service from Bristol Parkway to Cardiff then TfW to Swansea
Same coming back with the last train at 16:55.
From Temple Meads, hourly service to Cardiff then TfW to Swansea. Coming back to Temple Meads last train 15:55.
If this is repeated next week the early kick off may have helped us out.

I watched this on TV and the cameras were shaking.
The Dolman had a bit of a wobble as well mate.
Did your evening go something like this?
We went 1 down….“unlucky the shit”
Final whistle, pitch invasion, Roberts being carried around on people’s shoulders…”it’s all your fault you bald headed ****!”

I could’ve sworn it was mentioned that he has a bone infection?
If that’s the case then, depending on the severity, surgery is sometimes required to remove dead tissue from the area.

Never heard it at the Mem. I have however heard opposition fans and managers repeatedly say that it is difficult place to play because of the home fans and the atmosphere they generate.
You’ve been called out for playing crowd noise through your PA.
It doesn’t get much more embarrassing than that.
I lived near the Mem for years and could genuinely never tell when you were at home. Even your own fans admit that the atmosphere is often flat.

I really hope this goes well this afternoon, well done to S82 for planning it. We’re lucky to have fans who want to do things like this whether it’s banners, flags or displays.
Looking forward to seeing what it is

Why are they all like this?
Not all, we’ve got some decent Gasheads on here.
This one is treading water until we lose and they win, at that point he/she will start bragging and will get an angry knee jerk reaction…which is exactly what they want.
For an obvious troll with nothing to offer I think he/she has had a good innings.

I guess they couldn’t recreate that terrifying cauldron of hate that they used to have at Twerton….apparently

Geography - Iran isn't in the Middle East
Human geography - Middle Eastern women all like having to wear hijabs
Law - A drunken fracas with nightclub bouncers is worse than assaulting two women, or beating up your wife and beating up a random taxi driver because you're annoyed with the wait at McDonalds
Business - UK-registered Bristol Sport is a tax-avoiding corporate entity, whereas Jersey-registered Dwane Sports isn't.
Moral philosophy - An aside in a press interview made by a former manager is embarrassing, piping in clapping noise isn't
Engineering - Having a modern stadium = soulless; having a three-sided ramshackle dump = character
History - Last time BRFC beat BCFC at Ashton Gate - 27 years ago; Last season BRFC had larger crowds than BCFC circa 65 years ago; Last time BRFC were in a division above BCFC - 49 years ago; last time BRFC were in a league position in the same league above BCFC - 23 years ago.
He's a mine of information.
Run out of likes again.

Worth pointing out transport for wales will not be on strike so if GWR do run services to Cardiff like on previous strike days it should be possible to get to the game by train but will be a hassle
An ASLEF strike on the Saturday would’ve been curtains for train travel to Swansea even with Transport for Wales unaffected. Trains to Cardiff should still run (reduced in number) then it’ll likely be TfW from there. Luckily an early kick off for our game means trains should still be running on the way back (services usually stop earlier on RMT strike days)…just don’t hang around in Swansea too long afterwards.
That’s my guess.
