Tanner likes a tackle doesn’t he? Hit two of theirs so far, no quarter given

Realistically, Fulham look the strongest side in the division on paper. Of the changes, I’d have brought Dasilva in anyway to cope with the movement - it’s HNM as we know that’s the miss.
I’d take a point today - but it’s also about that time in any Marco Silvas team reign when the wheels come off so let’s hope that happens!

As outlined in the article, this is looking ever increasingly likely that it will get passed.
I’ll give you 5/2 on that it doesn’t.

Ex gas Jonson Clarke-Harris will miss our game against Peterborough a week on Saturday - been banned for four matches for offensive social media posts.
I’m assuming this retweet was one of them.

There was a city player involved that night, and it was a big thing at the time.
I cant recall who.
Gary marshall?
Anybody?
Well this is the game you’re after:
https://www.11v11.com/matches/england-v-turkey-15-october-1985-257819/
However, only mentions the subs that came on. There was a period when England called up players from the club where the game was played (I recall Matt Hewlett making the squad vs Italy U21), but that one I can’t recall. I can’t, however, even with England following that route, see them having called up Marshall who was a bit part winger at a div 3 side - happy to be wrong though!

“Panic on the streets of Horfield
Panic in the tents of Blackthorn End
I Wonder To Myself
Will we ever win a game again
I wonder to myself
Joeys given someone a slap dear
And row M doesn’t exist here
So you run down below Swindon Town
But there’s panic outside the Wellington
Lost to Barrow, Burton, Orient
But Waels such a nice gent
Burn down the Twerton
Smack the coach from Barnsley
Because the Fanta they’re serving today
It shows just how bad things are in my life
Smack the coach from Barnsley
Punch the Horses
Punch the Horses
Punch the Horses”

Friendly with terry? He had his photo taken with him once FFS…..belter
By Gaslogic, Wael is therefore also friendly with Will Smith, and he can be expected on the coaching staff soon..

I’d assume King isn’t fully fit. He’s very much NPs fallback option.
Vyner and Scott were advised as both tactical changes Weds so I’m going for them being dropped.
One thing is sure - Tanner has a real opportunity to make the RB spot his own

During the pandemic, Arsenal first put Gunnarsauraus on furlough before finally making him redundant. He only got his job back when Mesut Ozil paid his wages for a period. My guess is that the club still have Scrumpy on furlough and will bring him back soon.
(NB - I’m aware Gunnarsauraus is not a real dinosaur and Scrumpy not a real Robin, I’m clearly referring to the people in the suits before someone pulls me up on that!)

Houghton getting sacked just reinforces the fact no managerial appointment guarantees anything.
CH was being touted as a potential replacement for Dean Holden on here……………..
I think you’ll find it’s Hughton that’s been sacked old bean.
Its good news for everyone as it means people can STOP GETTING IT WRONG!!

Not just me that can’t hear the tannoy Silvio, none of others around me can’t hear it clearly either.
I doubt anyone can hear the singing section very clearly either but we can all hear the away fans loud and clear
I sit block E30, so about halfway line and in upper tier and can hear the South Stand loud and clear…

Much of the lack of atmosphere at many games is due to location of the ‘singing section’ tucked away in the corner of the SS.
Other parts of the stadium often struggle to hear them. Certainly in the Dolman they’re pretty much inaudible and that must affect any creation of atmosphere.
Jesus man, you can’t hear the tannoy, now you can’t hear the singing section.
Have you considered you just might be deaf and pissing off Mark Kelly for no good reason?

I haven’t heard Cook’s interview but reading their fans quotes he seems less enamoured with the signings….apart from Morsy, who he is now looking to save him.
I haven’t read the whole thing but it’s safe to say, he seems a tad under pressure

This is very pedestrian at the moment and as such we’re being sucked into a bit of their game. I’d be wanting a bit more urgency at half time - be tempted to take King and Pring off for Scott and Semenyo - move Massengo into CM. We’re slow in attack and slow to them in the middle and need a lot more in there.

Well at HT I’d take that. They’ve had more ball, which was expected, but we’ve been lively, and grown into it as the half went on. We haven’t been pressured with loads of chances, which is down to good organisation defensively. Kalas looking sound in defence, Tanner - as said, great aggression, Wells working very hard.
There’s something in this for us.
