  1. Well onside (I’m watching off red button recording so could rewind and pause)
  2. Shouldn’t be underestimated how much responsibility Naismith takes on organising our defence.
  3. Agree. Atkinson - with his height - needs to be getting higher though.

Entirely agree. He was looking good in midfield before he had to cover at CB. In his interview after the match he explained that he has been tried at CB in training given the injuries to Kalas and Klose.
  5. I was also surprised that we changed shape so soon after we scored. I felt we were starting to get on top at that point and saw us equalising. We didn’t look as dangerous afterwards. After the change, the wingbacks had more defensive fullback duties (not their strength) and Wells had to go more left side (away from the middle). Personally I would have seen how Semenyo and Wells did as a front two, kept the three at the back, and if you’re going to bring Wilson on, he needs to play RWB.
  6. Agree. Really interesting and honest interview. I like him - and I also enjoy watching him play. Doesn’t shy away from answering questions just like he doesn’t shy away from demanding the ball.
  7. Only lost 2 of the first 10 matches - mad!
  8. Summed up that game - he’s a Plymouth fan too! Really enjoyed it. Well done Plymouth.
  9. 2-1 Plymouth. Cracking game. Plymouth top as it stands.
  10. Coverage cuts to Mark Ashton in the crowd and the commentator talks about him and then almost immediately afterwards Plymouth equalise ?
  11. Good game. Jammy goal for Ipswich.
  12. James Wilson (ex City) playing for Plymouth. Time flies - still think of him as a youngster coming through the ranks but, having checked, he’s now 33!
  13. Yep - top of the table clash; beat Ipswich and they replace them at the top.
  14. Yes it does feel odd, especially given we also have a mid season break in a couple of months. Agree that Sept is a good month for watching City - still warm and light - home or away (Fulham 0 City 4 was six years ago today which I certainly enjoyed!)
  15. And Plymouth v Ipswich same time tomorrow may also be worth a watch.

Spot on. Plus we were rubbish last time when he was injured and he was great when he came back.
  17. Have to score, have to score, have to score….
  18. Weird - must be a Virgin feed issue then.
  19. Those who had the wrong commentary - was that via Virgin? It was fine for me on Sky tv and on the sky sports app.
  20. Nice thread just started on Norwich forum - sums it up well: Credit to Bristol City By Pugin, 2 minutes ago in Main Discussion - Norwich City Pugin 492 Totally fearless. Lovely to see a side come and set up to attack and take risks. As for the number 7, Alex Scott, so much came through him. Only 19 years old, I can think of 3 or 4 of our squad players that they could have in bulk for him alone. No chance, I suspect.
  21. I enjoyed that. Well played lads. Love this team’s attitude: 2 nil down away to one of the favourites in the division? F it, we’re going to try to score 3. Gave it a good go.
