I know it’s a certain percentage but I’m also sure it’s about the logistics of the away end etc / safe segregation
think 2,000 would be a decent following myself
Would be surprised if we took over 1000, been there 72 times and never seen us win !!!!

I'm surprised he doesn't announce the 0-0 score at kick-off

Announcing the half time score at the stroke of half time is always helpful.
I’ve never understood that, as if anyone in the ground doesn’t know what the score is, what’s more there’s two bloody gert scoreboards to tell you the score just in case you’re thick

Thought we were excellent but won't go as far as the opening poster, the two prem' teams to come to AG didn't fancy it in my opinion, the bigger test to see how far we've come will be the next home games dirty Leeds and Saints

When Pring is good he's very good, when Pring is not good he's indifferent, if you know what I mean

The best down there for a long time

If he was any good he would of been picked up by one of the many bigger teams in that division, they've had their trousers pulled down

Much as you might like to believe otherwise, it was a minority thing back them too, especially by the time of the Forest incident you all seem so fond of, which was fairly recent compared to a lot of it.
I couldn't give a monkeys if it still goes on away from the grounds, at least it's no longer a part of the matchday experience and is no longer ruining watching football like it used to for the majority of fans.
P.S. pretty sure I'm not a millennial, I grew up watching City in the late seventies and early eighties.
90% of topics on this forum i barely read so don't comment on them as i just find them of no interest to me whatsoever but i do accept that other people might find it interesting, i find that's a good way to go

I hadn't realised until just reading the Bristol Live article, that Cotts has five promotions on his CV. That's impressive.
I was a fan of Lee Johnson, at least for the first couple of years (though I always wished him well). However, Lee has not and probably never will, match the success Cott's has had.
Five promotions is very impressive at any level, many have been in management all their lives and have never had one promotion

The balloon fiesta takes place over weekend 10/11 august 2024 and the new season starts the same weekend
FIVE of the TWELVE match's will be televised LIVE each weekend, legally
I originally thought the five live games were to be scheduled for fri/sat/sun/mon
I think all five games will go up BT/TNT 12:30pm kick offs on Saturday.
As I have stated before I prefer 12:30pm kick offs for AWAY GAMES,as it gives more time for those who drive home a bit more day light.
12:30 kick offs on Sunday will count me out, no more season tickets for me

True.. but if teams like Spurs or West Ham don’t act sooner then they’ll miss out later to the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea.
West Ham already missed the boat in the summer after selling Rice, Scott has far more to offer than Ward-Prowse and the in-coming Philips

Popped in there today(Thursday) and just a heads up that the kitchen is being refurbished and there is a possibility that food might not be served until Saturday afternoon.
Just in case any one is heading their before the City v Forest game
What's the quickest way there from Parson Street?

You're the voice of reason Miah, what noises you are hearing from over there, it's all very much doom and gloom on Gas Chat, is it as bad as many on there are making out?

People have, to my knowledge, been parking there for matches for over 40 years and probably much longer. Whilst the rules have obviously changed, a sensible thing for the council to have done is to stick notices on each car saying that it is now illegal to park here and it will be enforced from the next game.
But then they wouldn't get all those juicy fines, what's more we are living in with rip-off Britain where no chance is wasted in ripping off the punters

Fair play to him but should never of been "allowed" to break Atyeo's record

Used to make a rather nice sausage and bacon roll, always had to have one when stopping in to Selco (while the office rang our office to sort out our credit limit normally!). Was his name Martin or am I getting confused?
Yes it was Martin.

I suppose his only excuse is that he is in the twilight of his years of earning decent money, back in the days he would of had to spend the next 30 years of being a postman or pub landlord
