Pretty sure Man City will walk this. Come on Inter.
If Man City win they will have bought pretty much every honour available.

The yellow kit (ignoring the badge) is actually really nice. HATE the home kit as it looks cheap/fake so praying they hit us with a decent away one. Personally think it’ll be the same as the home but black with white stripes.
Hoping O’Neills provide something better next season, can give them a bit of slack for this seasons as it would of all been quite short notice. So fingers crossed they are saving the away kit reveal for either that big 15 million pound signing we’ll make or Alex Scott signing a new deal telling us he’s not going anywhere DiCaprio style.
I'd be on that like a rash. Done well, that'd look great.

I know.
Well put that. Makes for a much nicer forum.

I don’t know if this is in @Bcfcshags remit. Given we already have our home and third kit - I don’t think the club will be in any rush to announce either.
Still, something to look forward to in a quiet summer. What are people hoping for? I’m hoping for black but predicting purple and lime.

Or more likely it was 8am to mark the birthday of one of the Ashton Gate Eight?
Very feasible. Good thinking.

So this is, to our knowledge, probably the most likely to be announced next? City have posted at 8am on the dot, but could be coincidence.

Usual West Ham. Praying they lose.

History of the Double:
There was one league and one cup, hence the double. We aren’t still in 1888 are we? There are now multiple “divisions”, the League Cup (various names) came into being in the 60’s, the EFL Cup (various names) in the 80s. Let alone Europe.
There is a need to play down triumph so a team winning the league and league cup were played down as in “not the real double”. It’s a bollocks really, born out of a history of their only being two competitions to win, and also the rarity it happened until more recent times.
If you want to say we didn’t win a League and FA Cup Double fine, but we still won a double in 14/15
Being nit-picky, the League Cup and EFL Cup are the same thing. I think for the latter, you were referring to the EFL Trophy (aka the Papa John's Trophy, Johnstone's Paint Trophy etc.).
But I do agree, we won a double in 14/15. Our first and only I believe.

Look at that another thing you’re wrong about
so theoretically the PL and champions league wouldn’t be a double then?
Nor is La Liga and the Copa Del Rey, as they didn't win the FA Cup

Really looking forward to this game. Been scrolling the West Ham forum, the excitement and nerves are palpable in their words. Not often you get to a major final, much less a European major final.
Forza Fiorentina.

Good early work from the club. Welcome Ross ️

Some kind of mentality Kompany has. I heard when they were top of the table this season he and the players were calling it 21st as they were still below 20 teams in the league system!
This kinda stuff can reap high rewards but see burnout down the line.

Not all of them, one cane from City, on FB only, not on twitter.
Even if there is something on the ‘home’ and ‘three’ posts, it’s so subtle they can say ‘look what we did!’ If we get him and say sweet f all if we don’t!
I think he’s coming home fwiw, but not because of the cryptics on Facebook

Good good stuff. Of all the links over recent days this one was the one I wanted most. Welcome big Rob Dickie.
Still think we need another centre-half, two if Kalas goes. If we consider Naismith more of a DM we still only have Dickie, Vyner and an injured big Rob Atkinson, with Naismith as flexible cover.

For the very little it’s worth, I think we’re making announcements tomorrow and not tonight.
Knew that would do it. Action stations.

Think this one may be even more important to the team than Bryan and McCrorie, though I'm keen on all three. Hoping for an announcement today

Does anyone know if they announced the date the away kit would be shown?
Don’t think so mate, I’m keeping a keen eye out. Bloody love a black away kit, crossing everything for that.

He'll be in france preparing for the nice game tomorrow!
Yea I meant it more as general possible transfer news, my guess would be McCrorie but I thought I'd just mention it in the most active topic!

City tweeted at 10 and 11 on the hour. Worth keeping half an eye.

I can't see anything.
Shoulda screenshotted, can't find them now. They weren't big official accounts or anything, just thought I'd make mention of it here to see if any ITK's could clear anything up. I'm still really hopeful this goes through.

Twitter whispers this is in trouble, surely that's not the case? I thought this was done! Anyone seen/heard anything concerning?
