Now officially sold out. Wonder if spares will pop up around the ground every so often before Friday like the Cup games recently.
Hospitality sold out as well, so no spare seats there.
But there's usually a few others that randomly crop up.

Possibly a couple of changes from the Notts Forest game.
Twine back in with Williams, James and Mehmeti to the bench maybe.
They've only lost one at home all season (WBA 0-2 in October), but drawn seven, and unbeaten in nine with five wins from the last six.
Seems like a regulation home win, but they aint Man.City and due a defeat - lets hope its tonight.

If anyone with a ST doesn't want to go I'd happily buy a ticket from them!
If not, I'll have to try my luck in the morning but I'm working somewhere with limited phone/internet so need to set an alarm to remember
I do find it odd that it looks like City expected less demand for this game, then put in a higher requirement for the first sale period than they did for West Ham? That was just straight up ST holders in one go wasn't it?
Think it should have been members with 5 aways at the same time as STHs with 5 aways to be honest, but I'm conscious that us exiles who go more away than home always come off worse in these scenarios
I would think there will be plenty to buy tomorrow, they're not exactly flying out.

Tin hat on here but Aluko “fled” the country owing to her “safety”? Come on. Really?
Slightly OTT.
Who knows what her mental state is ?
I'd also take "fled the country" as artistic licence by the media, more likely she went on holiday after being pissed off.

We need JL to cast his expert eye , yet again, over the medical team, as it would appear the changes he instigated have not worked. Or is it too much time on the grass?
Or is it just football?
Or is it just a rumour ?

I must get around to flying with VPN Airways. Never used a VPN and not sure what it entails. Do you guys use a free service or pay? Anything you’d particularly recommend?
VPN Proton is free and I've never had an issue with it.

Under Manning it seem to be harder and harder to think about formations in our normal way.
I’d definitely say the last few games have been based on a back three and WBs (McCrorie / Bell and Pring on the sides of Tanner, Dickie and Vyner), but in other games although I saw it as a back four, it’s lopsided nature makes our traditional view difficult.
Southampton (a) was a back three imho, Huddersfield (a) also.
But I’m starting to refresh my thinking (hard as it is to do so) to really looking at shape in build up, shape in defence.
The 442 with Knight and Conway was definitely a w/o the ball shape, but Knight was too fluid when we had the ball to call it 442.
Nightmare, eh?
And Twine complicates it further.
In a good way, more options (but those options are in the mind of LM).

Possibly so, had it been a Saturday though.
Could always be the initial allocation too but included to think we should reciprocate next time we play them if at all possible if not an initial rather than full allocation.
Same with Birmingham, they restrict us to 2k, same for them here.
We usually get a total 3k allocation for a saturday game at Coventry.
With all the games coming thick and fast, 1.2k is more than adequate for a mid-week game at this time. People will be picking and choosing their games, which is fair enough.
As for restricting them, the club would just lose revenue which is bonkers.

1,200??
Bit low. Ground holds enough to allocate 2k minimum, or 10% If they would prefer- how did that come about.
Game itself, I don't hold out great hope. Point would be a good result.
I doubt there will be over 1000 City fans in attendance tbf.

He's building the "character" persona which the media tends to love, think of all the gushing praise for Holloway with his "getting a bird in a taxi" simile.
I expect that the "An evening with Joey Barton" tour is already in the planning.
It's a bit rough on the people into whom he is putting the boot but the press just loves controversy in what is a bland world these days where even saccharine Harry Styles is viewed as "edgy".
A sad little thug looking for relevance.
He'll always be remembered by the media as "former Bristol Rovers Manager Joey Barton".
Which is nice.

I see that little thug, the ex-Bristol Rovers manager is at it again;

Notts Forest - really?! Can’t believe in 2024 this basic error is still peddled out - it’s Nottingham Forest and Notts County - never Notts Forest - incredible how ‘football fans’ can’t grasp the difference and get it right - and before you say it’s pedantic or trivial - go up there and talk to the two fan bases - it’s incredibly important to them - Nottingham (Nottm) Forest and Notts County - two different football clubs with different names
Outside of Nottingham you are probably the only person who gives a shit

They should/could have been 2 or 3 up after 25 minutes earlier this season at AG but they were woeful in finishing.
And, in terms of possession, they dominated in front of our defence but had naff all where it mattered.
We had 3 attempts on target and scored one of them and they had Zero.
It wasn't pretty, but we won.
Totally different game on Tuesday and I can't see us sitting back and letting them have the ball as much as the game at AG. I fancy us to get a result.
Not sure why they dislike us other than we went through a winning run at their place. I remember a last minute Brooker winner netting me a few hundred quid with a 3-0 win which was a repeat of the previous season.

First time I've seen them publish their attendance - 9,363.
Funny that.

Time for Bell to prove he's worth first pick.
Good to see Wells get a start.
Understandable re McCrorie, but Twine is a big blow imo.
