  1. Also this has just reminded me Someone in the away end saturday looked like they were wearing a Man United shirt, the new Green and White striped monstrosity I thought that was odd, to actually go to a City game in a different team's top
  2. I loved the "Arsenal" shirt, I know some will question identify or whatever but it was something different. Bit of a collectors item in the future I reckon
  3. That wasn’t my experience of Norwich last season, or Sheff Wed or Southampton when I’ve been before. I think last time I went to Southampton they couldn’t even afford to open half their ground so could be going back a while.
  4. When I was a kid I loved all sorts of football shirts, and I’m still somewhat of a collector. My grandparents in particular would often bring me back a shirt when they went on holiday. I remember having Dundee, Newcastle, Arsenal, Ajax, Olympiakos, Panathinaikos, AEK Athens, Parma to name a few plus a USA shirt. Doesn’t necessarily mean anything if kids wear different shirts, especially young lads while they are trying to fit in.
  5. Which is wrong because you said this a week or two ago and I replied with links to goals from kalas long throws… And no assist because it was flicked on.
  6. Hope you both enjoyed the game and didn’t get caught up in any of the shit being thrown from their brain dead fans!
  7. Much better second half Deserved winner Long old escort to “safety” from the ground wjat a day
  8. Also what happened to this more additional time directive? Albeit it saved us from a counter but 1 minute? There was more than that for the one medical emergency or whatever is going on behind their goal
  9. First half thoughts… “Scary Millwall” is a myth, inside or outside. Just like any other away game. We’ve been pretty poor. There’s no movement in midfield, no one wants to get on the ball after James and make it do something. Handball looked a shout for pen, Bells was definitely a foul but not sure if it was in the box or not. They've somehow managed to be even worse than us.
  10. Almost ever present in a play off reaching and then league winning Championship side, ever present in their first season up and over 90 games in 3 seasons, plus made captain fairly often. How is that “barely played”?
  11. At the very least give him credit for an impressive cup run culminating in one of the biggest upsets in our history, and going toe to toe over 2 legs with one of the best teams in the world.
  12. Also fun fact if you have an open return, if any train that you were eligible to return on is delayed or cancelled you can also claim, so keep an eye on the rest of the days trains
  13. Thanks for this, I’ve managed to get a neutral mate (Chelsea fan) who lives in London to come along and we’re going to head to Surrey Quays before hand I think, try and catch the England game
  14. You could see it that Alex reported a knock, so we let him rest but didn't feel the need to inspect it? Alex then going through a thorough investigation discovers it's worse than he first thought. I don't know how injuries are handled at professional level if a player just says they're sore from an impact and can't play?
  15. We have at AG, in the east end after it was re-opened, and the millwall fans tried to get across the netting and some spilled down to the pitch to get round if I remember correctly
  16. Also, as the train station is closed (and I'm heading back to the south west after) I'll probably drive. I've not had any trouble the last 2 times I've been Millwall but is there a "safe" route to the ground? Also where's best for a drink before hand? I'll be on my own so would like to walk into a pub full of City shirts and have a chat... but I can see this might not be the fixture for it ?
  17. You still got that ticket? If not no worries, still on sale on OS - though I've got to take a gamble on what I'm buying as there's no descriptions ?
  18. As a genuine answer I think we’d find the recruitment side under Tinnion is fairly well run. I’d expect to see a clear plan with targets for each position and not just now but 1-3 years ahead as well. I expect the scouting of our young talent and academy development would be interesting. Weve got a steady ship now with management of the team and coaches, I think we’ve got a good set of lads who wouldn’t show themselves up in that time like days gone past. It would be really interest to get j sight into Nige’s managerial talks and his man management. On the flip side I wouldn’t expect high hopes from the senior management side. The kit issues and branding are a joke and I think if we had some genuine insight into that it would be hilarious and tin pot. Our training ground and stadium facilities would probably look top notch too.
  19. In your current account would probably be the worst place for it!
  20. Congrats on your big transfer! No need to panic buy, we've known for ages that Scott will go at some point. The club will already have a plan in place.
  21. Does it matter? I think we all know this is what happens when transfers are in progress. I don't think a single person expected to see Alex on the teamsheet Saturday, less so last night.
  22. I think that’s a little harsh, it’s definitely not the worst kit in the league (manufacturer aside) let alone the EFL/Prem whatever they’re comparing to. The splat puts it up there, if it was a normal badge it would just go down as a bit meh with the washed out colour
  23. It was pretty obvious… circumventing a ban by creating another account is against most forum rules, so understandable to just remove their posts.
  24. Probably been mentioned but one of those Colchester goals scored by John Akinde
