Our world is increasingly inhabited by this sort of trash. Best ignored methinks.

Yesterday's miss was a real howler and unfortunately will only fuel the focus on things he gets wrong, rather than his total contribution during a game.
Overall, I'm not sure what to make of him so far. It's certainly not the first time I've viewed a player that way, and he's by no means on his own in that respect.
I'll be very interested to see how he does next season, given that NP seems to be reasonably happy about what he can offer to the team.
Good luck to him, lets hope it works out well for everyone concerned.

Steve Bruce, Mark Hughes, and probably very soon Frank Lampard.

Well, happy retirement to him. I remember him playing for the Gas but have never heard his radio programme. However, I did once appear very briefly with him on local tv, prior to a local derby match. Made my Mum proud it did, so thanks Geoff!

If i had to come up with some accompanying music to play along side today's performance...............it would be Limp Bizkit? I appreciate we have very little to play for at present.......but it is obvious just how far we are from challenging for the top six next season IMHO.
Erm.......Any chance you could come up with something by Led Zeppelin or Pink Floyd? Being of a certain vintage I might be able to relate then Max!
For the record (?!) I'll throw in "Dazed and confused" and "Us and them" respectively.

I thought we played very well and outclassed a premier quality side
We didnt get any luck an own goal and a fumble from Max gifted Watford the points .
Their Keeper was MOM on another day Nahki would have had a Hat Trick.
We still need a big target man for a plan B when we are chasing the game like today
Agreed - apart from the bit about Wells.

Thirty years worth of Brian Tinnion.
We have been blessed.
Thanks Brian. You absolute City legend.

Well, they are twice European Champions. Did you know that??!!

Put your feet up lad.
Oh, you already did...

Denied a nailed on penalty, but otherwise Swansea deserved the win.

I'd settle for a point tomorrow, but if we can nick a win I'll be delighted. Fingers crossed!

I was going to add something, but frankly the opposition is too stiff.
Glad I didn't come early.

I assumed we had a bye to the final. That being the case, I'm not really sure exactly how a three team game is going to work.
Surely we could have a run for twenty minutes in the second half?

Ordered and looking forward to receiving it!!

I missed this. Did we go out early on or something?!

I suggest, given Barton's latest self-serving proclamation, that the club gets rid of Irene/Eileen , and adopts a new song -"It's just a delusion" - a slight re-wording of the 80's hit by Imagination (which is also appropriate considering the way they operate up the road).

Excellent news, and as others have said, well deserved George.

I'm happy we've stayed where we are, although at the time, the new stadium plans were very exciting.
Further development looks unlikely at the moment, but who knows what might unfold in the future? Never say die.
One thing is for sure though. It's nice having all the shiny toys, but a shame that we don't get to play with the big boys.

Tinpot club with a shite ground but for some reason they got a great chance of promotion.why can't we achieve what there chasing??
That's the big frustration for us isn't it ?; but perhaps we should be directing our mirth towards those closer to home, rather than labeling a club that has been more successful than us over the years, never mind at present, a "tinpot" club.

I can't see anything nasty in the content.
It's frustrating that last night their team looked much better than ours for long periods and they are well placed to finish in a strong position this season.
However, they'd surely need a new stadium in order to meet the requirements of the Premier League - IF they were to get there?
Good luck to them. No issues for me.

Never been a fan of Ainsworth. Nothing I've seen here changes that.

Never mind. We didn't get hammered.
