Weather it was low or not doesn't matter as the ref is the only arbiter and he said it was. Frank won't get the result overturned in fact he'd do very well to get a rematch. People will say 'Hearn would say that', especially as Hrgovic is mandatory, but he's spot on here imo: I don't think anyone is going to change their minds now anyway haha.
