That's more or less the headline of it. Basically, Boro brought in Ramirez and they're sending Fabbrini back to Watford(sold to Birmingham) and could maybe open the funds to but McCormack which could make it tough for us to buy Smith unless Kike goes on loan to Fulham for the rest of the season. More of what we already knew from our standpoint. Fulham under embargo and 3 of their strikers attracting interest. Most likely us not getting Smith. I get Dack would be more long term and a permanent signing were all crying out for, but not sure how both he and Tomlin would fit in. Would prefer Gilbey if it was a choice of one out of the two. Not sure if the latest Dack rumours are just agent talk but we've not heard anything more about Gilbey. I wonder it its one or the other, not both?
