Seems like at some point every season I decide we should let him go in the summer. Then he puts together some great individual performances and I think he's turned the corner. Then he slumps back the following season; then he puts together form. Frankly I think he has got it at this level. What he hasn't got is consistency and reliability. Given we can't carry passengers or inconsisten players I think it's time to forget when he flatters; he's not right for us. With better players around him I think he'll look good. I think he'd flourish with a playoff side in this league. Unfortunately our squad doesn't compliment him. Really is time to go this summer for me. Despite thinking he's individually capable.
