Why is there a huge hole behind our two strikers!? Scott should be there, so frustrating that he finally gets a game where he can play there and he's moving about too much and leaving a hole in the middle where he should be offering and causing problems.

HT 0-0, very much like the Sheff Utd game where we have been much the better side, without actually forcing their keeper into a save. Wells has had 2 reasonable pen appeals turned down. Had we played anything like this standard against Lincoln we would have buried them.

Good first half to be fair. Not sure if it’s a good or a bad thing that we didn’t take a deserved lead, looking at the strength on their bench.

Just on that studs up kick near Wells' head. These are the pertinent sections of the Laws that show it's a clear penalty offence. As stonewall as scything someone down when one on one.

It's clearly reckless, or at the very least careless to raise your studs with power, to head height so near to an opponent's head.

Law 12

A direct free kick is awarded if a player commits any of the following offences against an opponent in a manner considered by the referee to be careless, reckless or using excessive force:

• jumps at Yes
• kicks or attempts to kick Yes
• tackles or challenges Maybe
• Careless is when a player shows a lack of attention or consideration when making a challenge or acts without precaution. No disciplinary sanction is needed Yes
• Reckless is when a player acts with disregard to the danger to, or consequences for, an opponent and must be cautioned Yes. So yellow card as well.

Law 14

A penalty kick is awarded if a player commits a direct free kick offence inside their penalty area or off the field as part of play as outlined in Laws 12 and 13.

Good 1st half, disappointed we weren't able to capitalize. No doubt Watford will come back stronger after the break. We need to keep doing what we're doing and hope we get the break we deserve. How we still keep our penalty dry streak going I'll never know

Were just the better team all over the pitch. They haven't had the ball to feed their strikers so 0 shots. They won't be as bad second half you would think.

A decent first half watford barely been on the ball we did great at winning the 2nd balls. Pring has been excellent , I  think we need to get through balls onto the front two faster . Wells and Conway have been linking up well.

Until the club will remain silent instead of asking questions to RA and EFL, nothing will change. But it seems that it's all OK, that many supporters are happy with referees disrespecting our players, so...

Bit disappointed in Tommy today, link up play and decision making been poor in promising positions  maybe a day for Antoine to be an impact sub.
