I’d have liked to have seen him replace Sykes and given 45-60 minutes

It's the right thing to do, even if it won't make us popular with the refs.
To be honest, the standard of officiating is so bad that the clubs need to band together to get these complaints heard and a solution found. It's absolutely abysmal that so many incompetent fools are promoted beyond their abilities to the professional game, but the lack of talent available is the key aspect.
Former players should be encouraged into reffing. Refereeing individuality should be removed and the laws should be adhered to strictly and consistently. That's the only way you get this right. No more "letting the game flow" or nonsense about an early red ruining the game- a red is a red, minute one or minute 90.
I reffed plenty of games when I coached, and it is hard but with professional levels of fitness and a team of assistants there's really no excuse for how bad it's got.
Andy Davies was a former player don’t forget…

Did wonder if he had any early antidotes of when he played with our own tin man

Virtually every single overtake was DRS assisted again, so all the new regulations seem to have achieved is switch dominance from Mercedes to Red Bull

Just kinda felt London City wanted it more today. Did wonder if the team arriving in the Swansea team coach might be a good omen given how the men’s team were getting on but sadly not

Guess he's on board with Barton’s tales of woe.
Guess he’s also forgotten the countless penalties and times they’ve played against 10 in the last few years

Given they charge £10 for a replacement if you lose your season card maybe they could offer that option for those without smart phones
Whether they’ll then feel discriminated against is another thing..

Given we are ages away from next season and this being in the club shop, I can see a climb down on this and the pigeon being replaced with the club badge. Doesnt make the rest of the shirt any better in my opinion but would appease quite a few.
Also, if we need a third shirt I'm expecting a white or black away kit
In a way you have to give club credit for trying something different but hopefully we’re also able to give them credit for listening as it looks awful

So have they realised the pink keepers shirt clashes with the red home shirt then?

Also getting the train last year saw us kettled outside the station before being herded onto buses (unlike Swansea who get the freedom of Bristol when they come here) which were nowhere when it was pouring with rain after the game

I know it’s only the first race but this doesn’t bode well for the season with Max running and hiding from pole and the rest being pretty boring. At least when Mercedes were dominating there was action at the front albeit between themselves.
Ironic really after the excitement of 2021 before the controversy of Abu Dhabi

He’s no worse than others I’ve seen/heard at away games
However the minutes applause confused me, on the tv it seemed he was telling people to please applaud John Motson whilst they were already doing it and they then stopped once he said that

Obviously depending on the reasons why the supplier went into administration would there be scope for a club to act as hummels distributor?
Pretty sure spurs did this for a few years in the late 80’s the last time hummel had a foothold in the uk market

Why would we ditch Hummel after signing a 6 year contract with them.. think the OP might be having us on..
The question is of course was the contract agreed with Hummel or with the distributor

Who did he actually support?
Barnet apparently. He sponsored Albert’s shirt when he was there

Reading between the lines it sounds like Scudamore may have recommended Alexander to us
Strangely what impressed me most about that interview was at no point did he call us Bristol

Be interesting to see what he decides to do, seems very much in his comfort zone at Wycombe

What actually provoked Arrons? Was it a naughty one like last week?

Reading today that Jason Bowen is another former sportsman to be diagnosed with MND. Really hope the PFA are putting resources into researching this cruel disease as it does seem to be former elite sportsman who are contracting it

I saw on twitter Man Utd were charging West Ham fans £45 for their game so we’re not alone in increasing our prices

It was on there last night with every other game.
I cast it to TV to show my wife.
The one who didn’t even play for us for a full season
