Sam bell is massively raw has loads of work to be considered a championship player in my opinion more worrying for me is that he's had 60 games to start getting it right I'd actually rather see 17 year old yeboah out wide then bell tbh

I'd be amazed if Ipswich doesn't get back to back promotion they were by far the best side I have seen down ashton gate for a long time you have to admire what's going on down there absolutely class stuff couldn't stand mark ashton but it's working treat for him there

To be fair I think Sam bell shouldn't be anywhere near the team aswell there both a raw as eachother

Yeboah for all his promise and pace from what I saw was a long way off in his development especially to be considered in championship games he is extremely raw so I'd imagine this is why he isn't getting a look in.

I agree totally they have put manning in a very difficult position. Unfortunately it is going to take time for manning to adopt his style of play and to bring the players in who can play that way and ship those that can't out the building. I just really hope that the board back manning in the transfer window if they don't then thats completely out of order and would of course then make the switch from pearson to Manning completely and utterly pointless.

The problem is the board have put the pressure on. They sacked a popular manager who was moving us in the right direction and then to justify it they said " its due to results and wanting us to be in the play offs THIS season because we have a top 10 budget and the players to do achieve it. Therefore appointing manning was to get us there. Had JL and BT not said this then I think as a fan base we would be more patient I think the problem is alot of us feel like we have been lied to and treated like fools.

Yes don't think tanner was even brought in to be first choice he has just had to so many games due to injury.

I have never seen a worst full back in possession of the football then George tanner. Its baffling he is petrified to pass the ball forward and when ever he does it goes either to a opposition player or aimlessly back to there keeper or down a blind allay or he flaps and gets caught in two minds and tackled high up the pitch. He definitely doesn't suit the way manning wants to play in possession I can see him being move to the bench once manning is able to bring his own playing staff in.

Hes not a championship player regardless hes painful to watch and as I said its unfair on the lad and us it all comes down to the quality thing again we don't have it! Bell imo has been over hyped because of his father and the club being vein so they can say look how amazing we are we give players a chance he wouldn't be playing in any other team in this division goings off his showings.

I think Bell has been awful this season and I don't think it's just down to poor form, he looks out of his depth at this level and it shows big time he needs to drop down a level on loan its unfair on him the team and us not sure how he gets so many games under his belt I'd hope it has nothing to do with tinion though

We have made alot of crucial mistakes since manning has come in and I beileve that is because he is trying to get us to play a way that just doesn't suit the players. For manning to be successful here he seriously needs some backing in the transfer market as I have said before these players have been recruited to play counter attacking football the players aren't good enough or comfortable enough with the ball at there feet

Bells dad is good mates with tinion and his dad has also been employed by tinion Bell no surprise he gets games
