Man was out for a year with a ACL and had pretty much played every minute since.
Man deserves a medal and a drug test.

Really enjoyed it. As someone who's not lived in Bristol for a long while it was great to see the City showcased so well. Fun to explain some of the locations to the wife as well.
Really enjoyed it.
Does it need a second series though?

I firmly believe a central defender will be high on Pearson’s list. I think Vyner’s repeated mistake and the comments on Atkinson, will mean they will try and do that business in January.

The best way to help the hospital staff is for the government to have done something, anything, in the last 21 months to have spent time money and dedication to finding and authorising treatments which can help people in the early stages of covid rather than letting them suffer for a couple of weeks before having to be hospitalised.
As I’ve said before, the focus has been on jab jab jab, without any effort being poured into funding any actual proper ‘treatments’.
21 months. Nothing. What do you get from Test & Trace when you are confirmed positive? You’re told “stay at home for 10 days”. What you should be getting nearly 2 years in is advice on treatments which you can be prescribed to help prevent you ending up in hospital. The vaccine isn’t a ‘treatment’. There are lots of drugs out there that have performed well in trials but no government is currently willing to consider them because all their eggs are in a big jabby basket.
To help the NHS, we need some pre-hospitalisation treatments.
Well, that, and of course more capacity, more nurses etc. But they’ve done the square root of bugger all except push jab after jab after jab.
They’ve literally got the treatment of covid all wrong and aren’t doing anything to correct their mistakes. There are several anti virals being used to treat covid. A new treatment for people to take at home is being trialled at the moment.

We all get it...all of us...those who are disabled through no fault of their own.
I've lost my dad this year and about to lose my mum...both through cancer. This past two years has been hell dealing with hospitals and Drs, putting off normal procedures because of covid. Often people with covid with underlying health issues brought on by themselves.
I go to my local post office every day for work.
I'll tell you what pisses me off...the amount of people, the same, in their motobility scooters, spilling out of them, waddling into Weatherspoons, drinking and eating shit, getting fatter, running to the vape shop when it rains, yes running, claiming from the post office on a Monday getting £10 out at a time from the till going in the betting shop... Continual drinking and eating shit. Getting fatter and Ill. Then expecting the vaccine to work and blaming the Government for incompetence. Sick of seeing a great number of people giving themselves health issues by living shit lives. I call it the triangle of doom...spoons, betting shop, vape shop, post office, tanning shop, doctors surgery...and if anyone is feeling active...a Gregg's 200 m away.
Too many people in this country living like this, happy to, and not willing to change and help themselves. And all they do is blame everyone else for their problems.
Watching Joe Wicks and Jamie Oliver on TV talking about how to keep healthy, whilst sat on their sofa eating a bucket of chicken and noshing a dominoes wtf ..that's what we've become as a nation.
No wonder so many die when they catch covid from underlying health issues brought on by themselves.
Perhaps the Government should make it mandatory that we should eat healthier, exercise and get outdoors and breath fresh air...instead of smoking, getting pissed, eating shit, getting fat and ill, then complaining they've caught covid and hospitalised and can't breath.
Not saying this is your situation...but for every personal situation, there is another one.
What pisses me off the most is people that complain about everything and everyone, but aren't willing to change their own situation. Just take...add nothing to society, yet complain the most.
Why you following around disabled fat people around town to shame them? ******* weirdo.
Id suggest you also google a picture of a triangle..

Why not? It’s sparking discussion. I’m trying to work out whether pretty football but same results is more important.
It’s just a bit ‘comparing apples and bananas’ and ‘if my auntie had a set of balls’ type stuff.
You’re better than that.

Quick look suggests they follow each other, like each other’s posts etc. I think people don’t always understand that her Mrs Palmers (other wags) is a platform to sell/advertise goods and services. Not to post about their lives.

Think he’s also split with his partner & mother of his 2 children. She’s deleted all trace of him from her social accounts. Tough year for him. Have to remember he’s still young.
I suggest you look harder.

Not on the bus.
I’d be amazed to see him in a City shirt again.

It was interesting that we chose to celebrate the goal and waste time, rather than grab the ball to go again. James was struggling at the end so it made sense to waste time.
I think we are starting to see an improvement on how to manage the games out.

I’m enjoying Tinnion telling Semenyo off like he is his father.
We are lucky to have someone so passionate about improving young players running out Academy.

I did notice though that on a few occasions, Martin got a flick on and Semenyo was nowhere near him. They need to work on that.
That’s true. Although the “big man/little man = long ball/flick on” is a low percentage tactic in terms of retaining possession.
I think the tactic yesterday was for Martin to drop deep and Semenyo to spin in behind. It worked on occasion and looked to have the potential to be our best partnership.

Did he? A few? I remember one occasion where the winger was able to get a cross in which Bents scooped up at the near post.
Maybe done is over the top. I meant he had him running at him and got into our box. As the game went on, he stopped him higher up the pitch.

I think it suited Martin playing slightly deeper, knowing he had Antoine playing on the same man. For people saying he’s not as good as Fam, no way could Fam play that role, his link up play and flick ons were terrible.

He looked like one of those players that opposition fans like based on one viewing as he was fast. I’m not sure I’d wanna watch him every game as he doesn’t seem to know what to do with the ball. Perhaps that’ll improve with age.

Got done a few times in the first half, but kept their winger more quiet as the game went on.
I think if Baker had played, he would put their winger in the stands and risked a red card.
-
After one of his early slice passes, Pearson signalled for him to come down. He had a couple of decent passes, but majority were bad.
However, I criticised people who have praised his distribution to make up for his errors. For me, his job is to defend and the last few games he’s improved in that area. That’s his first and main job.
